JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

<li>Communicate the Blue Nile difference, instilling trust and confidence in our brand</li>
<li>Demonstrate exceptional customer service and continually develop your product knowledge to educate customers</li>
<li>Communicate accurate information and set clear expectations for customers, ensuring an on-brand Blue Nile experience</li>
<li>Proactively follow up on all internal and external communications while maintaining Blue Nile service standards</li>
<li>Effectively resolve complex customer service challenges, finding solutions which exceed customer expectations</li>
<li>Help create and maintain a service culture focused on the customer, enhance the buying experience and build relationships that lead to long term business growth</li>
<li>Continuously maintain excellent attendance and punctuality</li>
<li>Consistently achieve or exceed company sales and service goals</li>
<li>Partner with peers and showroom management to solve problems while maintaining a service culture focused on the customer.</li>

Requirements
Previous retail sales or customer service experience required.
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
<li>Jewelry experience a plus but not required</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal, creative problem solving, organizational and time management skills</li>
<li>Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and high integrity</li>
<li>Ability to work within deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Strong computer, typing/keyboarding, and data entry skills; aptitude to effectively and efficiently navigate through all computer systems</li>
<li>Ability to stand for extended periods of time</li>
<li>Flexibility and willingness to adjust to scheduling needs, particularly during retail peak seasons</li>
<li>Authorized to work in the U.S.</li>

Benefits
The hourly pay range for this job is $21.00 - $26.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job- related knowledge, skills &amp; experience, among other factors. Regular positions are eligible for discretionary bonus. Blue Nile offers medical, vision, dental coverage and 401(k) employer match amongst other benefits for eligible positions.

Garfield Refining is a 130+year-old precious metal refinery located in Philadelphia, PA. A leader in precious metal refining, Garfield provides award-winning refining solutions to the dental, jeweler, pawnbroker, manufacturing, and death-care industries.
 We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Fulfillment Specialist to help execute and deliver our print marketing and direct mail initiatives. The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys hands-on work, thrives on staying busy, and is motivated by deadlines. This role plays a key part in producing our print materials and managing the preparation and fulfillment of direct mail campaigns 
What You'll Do: 
<ul>
<li>Printing all creative marketing materials in-house for direct mail campaigns and other initiatives (postcards, flyers, signage, labels, decals, etc.).</li>
<li>Track inventory of all printed materials, including giveaway items, boxes, paper stock, and stationery.</li>
<li>Work in Excel to organize data and perform mail merges for direct mail campaigns.</li>
<li>Pack and ship tradeshow materials for nationwide conventions.</li>
<li>Assemble boxes with campaign materials for distribution. </li>
<li>Fulfill supply requests for both internal teams and external partners. </li>
