BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Clinical Manager (RN required) to join our Plymouth, MA Medicare Certified Home Health, Senior Living office. 
Responsibilities for a Clinical Manager:

<li>Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.</li>
<li>Work closely with the Rehab Manager (where applicable), Director, and DCO to ensure cohesive and consistent management of all field staff. </li>
<li>Review all clinical documentation to ensure consistent, accurate, high-quality services.</li>
<li>Work with other office team members to ensure that the most appropriate clinicians are assigned to each client.</li>
<li>Ensure development, implementation and updates to the client’s individualized plan of care based on continual assessment of the client.</li>
<li>Coordinate client care, referrals and act as internal case manager and client advocate. Communicate and collaborate with team members regarding client status, client and field employee assignments, care plan and expected outcomes.</li>
<li>Participate in the hiring of field staff and interview process, as applicable.</li>
<li>Represent BAYADA in community and marketing activities, including visits to physician offices and facilities.</li>

Qualifications for a Clinical Manager:

<li>2or more years of experience as an RN in Home Health.</li>

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN required) for our Fayetteville, NC Medicare Certified, Home Health office.

The Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations and ensuring that all home health nursing services comply with Medicare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies. This leadership role supports the development of staff, promotes adherence to best practices, and ensures optimal patient outcomes through data-driven performance improvement initiatives. They will lead and support a team of clinicians in delivering Medicare-certified home health services. The Nurse Manager is also responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting clinical excellence, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Responsibilities for a Clinical Nurse Manager:
<ul>
<li>Provide direct supervision and support to field RNs, LPNs, and clinical staff</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs), state regulations, and agency protocols</li>
<li>Monitor and manage quality assurance processes, including OASIS documentation, Plan of Care development, and clinical chart reviews</li>
<li>Facilitate staff orientation, education, and performance evaluations</li>
<li>Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, efficient, and patient-centered care</li>
<li>Participate in the hiring, training, and retention of qualified clinical staff</li>
<li>Support survey readiness and lead corrective action plans following audits or compliance reviews</li>
<li>Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as hospitalization rates, patient satisfaction, and documentation timeliness</li>
<li>Provide clinical support and case conference leadership as needed</li>
<li>Lead regular case conferences and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability within the clinical team</li>
</ul>
Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager:
<ul>
<li>Registered Nurse (RN) with 2or more years of experience as an RN is required</li>
<li>2 or more years of experience in a leadership/ supervisory role.</li>
<li>Excellent organization and communication skills.</li>
<li>Desire to lead, inspire, and motivate others.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of home health policies and procedures</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to manage clinical operations and lead teams through change</li>
