Qualifications:

<li>Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state(s) of practice, or other licensed healthcare professional (physician, physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech language pathologist, audiologist, or social worker).</li>
<li>Three to five (3-5) years of experience in health care or home care, preferred.</li>
<li>Two (2) years of supervisory experience, preferred.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of community health principles and practices.</li>
<li>Familiarity with agency policies, Medicare, Medicaid, and other regulatory guidelines.</li>
<li>Ability to supervise and guide clinical staff, ensuring excellent performance.</li>
<li>Ability to exercise independent judgment and work effectively with others.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to delegate responsibilities effectively.</li>
