Join the T2 team and play an integral role in assembling engineering plan sets that depict existing underground and overhead utilities and their appurtenances for our clients. Drafting of these projects will use MicroStation and Open Roads Designer. 
T2 Utility Engineers specializes in providing reliable underground and above-ground utility information to reduce the risks that utilities present for infrastructure projects. T2ue helps clients manage the complexity of existing utilities with our professional and comprehensive Subsurface Utility Engineering, Utility Coordination, and Surveying services. 
Our mission is to provide project stakeholders with quality utility information, professional insight, and deliverables that streamline construction, improve project safety, and set the standard for the utility engineering industry. Since 1993, our reputation has been built on providing incomparable service based on high standards of technical ability and project understanding. 
 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

<li>Prepares computer-generated existing utility CAD models and Engineering plan sets, according to established agency standards and procedures. These models will be shown in the plan sheets that are created from owner record research drawing data and from field located and surveyed utility information using Microstation and Open Roads Designer.</li>

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Care Manager for Children’s Health Home provides patients advocacy, outreach, education, and care management. Skills and competencies required for the position include communication, cultural competence, training professional experiences, and education. The activities are tailored to meet the unique needs of the communities. The Care Manager for Children’s health home works closely to collaborate services to link at-risk youth to services and programs that support that support functioning in the least restrictive community setting. The Care Manager works to provide stability for at-risk youth who are chronically ill, underserved, mentally disable, and high inpatient and emergency department utilizers. KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

<li>Provide direct coaching, education and advocacy in linking, engaging and retaining clients in services identified in the Plan of Care.</li>
