Position Summary Provides administrative support to Director of Psychiatry. To act as a psychiatric consultant on clinical issues to all areas of CHN including primary care and health homes. Eighty percent (80%) of the provider's time is spent conducting psychiatric evaluations and management of patients as well as providing consultations and education to clinical staff. Twenty percent (20%) of the provider’s time is spent on administrative tasks, which includes planning and coordination of program needs and quality oversight. The provider works closely with the Directory of Psychiatry in coordinating the assessment and planning for the Behavioral Health Program. Meets regularly with program staff to address clinical issues, and be available to assist Director of Psychiatry in developing relationships with community agencies. Duties And Responsibilities

<li>Sees patients at least one CHN site. Performs psychiatric evaluations on all patients seen.</li>

Minimum Qualifications:

The practice has a team of over 110 providers along with an excellent support staff. Deliveries and surgeries are performed at Banner Health, Dignity Health, and Honor Health Hospital Networks that provide the practice with hospitalist and women’s health subspecialist support. Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Prenatal Care: Provide comprehensive prenatal care to pregnant women, including prenatal screenings, assessments, and education. Monitor fetal development, maternal health, and pregnancy progress through regular prenatal visits. Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to develop individualized care plans for pregnant patients.</li>
<li>Labor and Delivery: Manage and support women during labor and childbirth, providing emotional support, pain management, and guidance throughout the birthing process. Conduct labor assessments, monitor fetal heart rate, and provide hands-on support during labor and delivery. Collaborate with obstetricians and other members of the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective delivery outcomes.</li>
<li>Postpartum Care: Provide postpartum care and support to new mothers and newborns, including breastfeeding assistance, newborn care education, and maternal health assessments. Monitor and address postpartum complications, including physical and emotional health concerns, and provide appropriate interventions and referrals as needed.</li>
<li>Gynecological Care: Provide routine gynecological care to women, including annual exams, contraceptive counseling, and menopausal management. Perform gynecological screenings, such as Pap smears and breast exams, and provide education on women's health issues and preventive care.</li>
