<li>· Collaborate with the Academic Coordinator, Youth Development Specialists, and families to support student growth.</li>
<li>· Support enrichment and standards-aligned practice activities for students not receiving direct tutoring.</li>

Requirements:
Education &amp; Experience
<ul>
<li>· Current 11th-12th with a 3.5+ GPA, or enrolled college student.</li>
<li>· (Teachers Only) Current and valid Florida state teaching certification required. Minimum two (2) years of teaching in K–12 education.</li>
<li>· Demonstrated academic achievement, especially in reading and math.</li>
<li>· &nbsp;Strong communication skills, reliability, and ability to connect with diverse student populations (Bilingual Preferred).</li>
<li>· Preferred: Prior experience tutoring, mentoring, or in a leadership role</li>
<li>· Willing to obtain DCF Child Care 40 hrs.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

<li>· Must be able to utilize a computer for extended periods of time &nbsp;</li>
<li>· Must be able to endure repetitive wrist, hand, and/or finger movement while operating office equipment&nbsp;</li>
<li>· Requires clarity of vision at close distances while operating a computer &nbsp;</li>
