Job Summary:
As a Ticket Checker, you will play an essential role in creating an experience of a lifetime for our guests on the Lift Experience Team. The Lift Experience Team’s mission is to provide employees and guests with a seamless end-to-end experience from maze entrance to lift unloading. As a Ticket Checker, you will primarily work in the lift mazes by greeting guests by name and validating their access every time. You will play a unique role at our resorts by providing a fun, welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring our products' integrity.

<li>Verify ticket and season pass validity with RFID scanning technology and tablet</li>
<li>Works with guests to resolve scanning issues and reports problems to Guest Services Supervisor or Security Manager (or their designees) as needed</li>
<li>Manage lift corral for smooth transition to gates and loading zone</li>
<li>Checks for appropriate ski and snowboard equipment (ski brakes, leashes, safety straps and baskets on poles)</li>
<li>Present oneself in a professional manner at all times</li>

Summary: The role of the Celebration in the Oaks Ticket Scanner is to scan pre-purchased tickets on customer phones and paper copies upon entry and to assist customers in purchasing event tickets online if needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned:

<li>Familiarizes themselves with CITO operations and daily events.</li>
<li>Greets each customer in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.</li>
<li>Reports to assigned position each night of the event, dressed weather appropriate.</li>
<li>Checks in and check out scanner nightly.</li>
<li>Handle scanner safely and with care.</li>
<li>Scan each admission ticket.</li>
<li>Assists or instruct customers with purchasing online admission.</li>
<li>Answers questions regarding event operations, such as cost of admission, even dates &amp; times, tour route, add-on tickets, etc.</li>
