Job Summary:
As a Ticket Checker, you will play an essential role in creating an experience of a lifetime for our guests on the Lift Experience Team. The Lift Experience Team’s mission is to provide employees and guests with a seamless end-to-end experience from maze entrance to lift unloading. As a Ticket Checker, you will primarily work in the lift mazes by greeting guests by name and validating their access every time. You will play a unique role at our resorts by providing a fun, welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring our products' integrity.

<li>Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available

Job Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Deliver premium guest service by providing information and assistance with a smile</li>
<li>Validate tickets to ensure our guests have their own valid product before loading our lifts</li>
<li>Work cooperatively with Lift Operators and other teams to ensure lift lines are safely managed and lifts are loaded efficiently</li>
<li>Maintain and secure departmental equipment - scan devices, radios, etc.</li>
<li>Escalate issues to leadership as they arise, from safety to products</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Job Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Must be able to communicate fluently in English</li>
<li>Must be able to work outdoors in all types of inclement weather, standing and moving for entire shift on potentially slippery or uneven surfaces. · May need to provide some of their own gear</li>
<li>Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed</li>
<li>Must be able to handle high guest volumes in a professional manner</li>

A Ticket Checker team member is a flexible employee who often takes on additional training to work across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following:

<li>Food and Beverage Support</li>
<li>Ticket sales</li>
<li>Base Area Operation</li>
</ul>
The expected pay range is&nbsp;$20.00/hr - $21.78/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Responsibilities:•

<li>Greet guests as they prepare to load the lift</li>
<li>Verify ticket and season pass validity with RFID scanning technology and tablet</li>
<li>Works with guests to resolve scanning issues and reports problems to Guest Services Supervisor or Security Manager (or their designees) as needed</li>
<li>Manage lift corral for smooth transition to gates and loading zone</li>
<li>Checks for appropriate ski and snowboard equipment (ski brakes, leashes, safety straps and baskets on poles)</li>
<li>Present oneself in a professional manner at all times</li>
<li>Must be friendly and outgoing while presenting a courteous manner at all times</li>
<li>Work with guests to ensure a positive and lifelong memory</li>
<li>Assist with other duties as needed</li>

November 28, 2025 - January 1, 2026 
5:30 pm -10:30 pm
Summary: The role of the Celebration in the Oaks Ticket Scanner is to scan pre-purchased tickets on customer phones and paper copies upon entry and to assist customers in purchasing event tickets online if needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned:
<ul>
<li>Familiarizes themselves with CITO operations and daily events.</li>
<li>Greets each customer in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.</li>
<li>Reports to assigned position each night of the event, dressed weather appropriate.</li>
<li>Checks in and check out scanner nightly.</li>
<li>Handle scanner safely and with care.</li>
<li>Scan each admission ticket.</li>
<li>Assists or instruct customers with purchasing online admission.</li>
<li>Answers questions regarding event operations, such as cost of admission, even dates &amp; times, tour route, add-on tickets, etc.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma/GED required</li>
<li>Must be 18 years of age.</li>
<li>Customer Service experience preferred </li>
<li>Works well in a team setting</li>
