Under general supervision, you will work closely with hiring managers to gain exposure to recruiting, evaluating job candidates and advising managers throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for full-cycle regular and temporary recruitments, including recruiting, screening, interviewing, advertising and negotiating offers with internal and external applicants. Also, you will be responsible for negotiating offers with contracted staffing agencies and source candidates as needed by the Talent Acquisition team. You will create processes to ensure accuracy of records, conduct analysis of various HR recruitment matters and may recommend solutions to management and employees. You will exercise some control over ongoing work priorities to ensure the best talent is hired, as well as act with discretion and judgment within the HR department and with CalOptima Health employees. You will also oversee the CalOptima Health telework program and assist departments in identifying, selecting and deploying employees to regular telework. In addition, you will provide support for managers and monitor the program for management. <li>Maintains all records, performance management tools and continually tracks progress for each teleworker.</li>
<li>Trains managers on how to monitor performance of teleworkers, including measuring performance and providing feedback, establishing performance measures and communicating to an employee their standing on performance.</li>
<li>Coordinates and monitors Telework Safety Reviews to ensure employees meet safety protocols and CalOptima Health guidelines while teleworking.</li>
<li>Coordinates and assists the Environmental Health and Safety department with Home Office Evaluations to ensure employees meet all assessment requirements.</li>
<li>Partners with functional areas within HR and across the agency to change employee worksite arrangements.</li>
<li>Confers with management, supervisors and employees to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives and technologies.</li>

The Patient representative (PR) acts as a greeter to patients entering Zufall Health Center as well
answer the telephone, complete registration, and conduct intake as needed. The PR directs
patients to the appropriate destination, answers questions, and explains processes, as well as
reviews required documentation and checks eligibility. Most importantly, the PR supports the
mission and vision of the Zufall Health Center.

Specific Duties
Interaction with Patients
<ul>
<li>Greets all visitors to the facility and directs them to their appropriate destination.</li>
<li>Greets patients and visitors in a prompt, pleasant, and helpful manner in person and on the telephone.</li>
<li>Answers the telephone and makes appointments or responds to inquiries.</li>
<li>Ensures that the patient brings all supporting documentation to visit.</li>
<li>Reminds patient of appointment time, documentation needed, immunization records for new patient pediatric appointments, and schedules and re-schedules appointments.</li>
<li>Explains processes and forms to patients as needed.</li>
<li>Conducts eligibility checks on insurances.</li>
<li>Collects payments from patients, enters the payment in eCW and prints receipts for patient. PR’s are responsible for the money they collect and ensuring that it is locked in the safe or locked drawer at their desk or in supervisor’s office at all times. Keys to drawers are never to be left in the open.</li>
<li>Communicates with the medical staff regarding patient’s visits.</li>
<li>Assists with printing out requisitions or other forms as needed.</li>
<li>As PR’s are in the public areas, they should present themselves always as professional and friendly, and act as a team player in all situations. They are responsible for keeping their personal areas and their surrounding public areas neat and clean and should routinely “straighten up” during the day.</li>
<li>Appearance of attire and possessions: PR’s should keep their “scrubs” that they wear in good condition, clean and neat. Only Zufall jackets are to be worn over scrubs. Wearing of personal sweaters or sweatshirts are not allowed. Only white T shirts are allowed under scrubs and clean sneakers are to be worn. No personal clothing or possessions are to be visible at their desk or on the back of the chair. This includes cell phones which should never be taken out, for any reason in an area where patients are allowed, regardless of whether or patients or visitors are present.</li>
<li>PR’s are hired as a PR I. They remain at this level during their initial training and after three months of employment are required to take an exam which covers all of the material that is required to perform their duties. It includes but is not limited to customer satisfaction, telephone encounters, refill processes, insurances, registration of patients, special population definitions, HIPAA, compliance and Zufall policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Staff will have three opportunities to pass the exam. If they do not pass at their first or second try they will be given additional training. If however, they fail three times, they will be terminated.</li>
</ul>
Communication
<ul>
<li>Maintains patients’ confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and other federal, state and local regulations as stated in the ZHC policies and procedures manual.</li>
<li>Answers inquiries of patients and public in person or via telephone regarding regulations and services; when necessary, refers inquiries to appropriate person or department.</li>
<li>Reads, writes, speaks, understands, and communicates in English and Spanish sufficiently to perform the duties of this position. </li>

The City of Saratoga Springs is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Maintenance IV – Parks, who will specialize in overseeing the operation, maintenance, and performance of all irrigation systems within the City's parks and open spaces. This is a full-time position with the Saratoga Springs Public Works Department of approximately 40 hours per week.
Under the direction of the Parks Superintendent, this position is responsible for managing and maintaining the City's WeatherTRAK Central Irrigation Control System, ensuring efficient water management across all City landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in irrigation systems, with the ability to diagnose issues, perform maintenance and repairs, and oversee installation of new systems. The ability to lead and train other staff members in irrigation repairs, and other technical maintenance items.
This position plays a key role in optimizing water usage, maintaining healthy landscapes, and supporting the City's sustainability goals. The Maintenance IV – Parks Irrigation Technician also serves as one of the City's principal "on-call" employees for after-hours emergencies related to irrigation and snow removal operations.
Additionally, this position acts as a first-line supervisor for assigned Seasonal Maintenance – Parks employees, providing guidance, training, and coordination related to irrigation system operations and landscape maintenance.
Job Responsibilities

<li>Provides front-line supervision to Seasonal Maintenance Workers - Parks on a project-by-project basis as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor – Parks, Parks Superintendent, or other City Management</li>

The full salary range is as follows, please note hiring will normally occur at the Minimum of the range and will not exceed the Midpoint of the range:
