The Opportunity:     VISASQ/Coleman is seeking an Associate Market Research Manager to join our growing Survey team. This position offers flexibility for remote work or in-office attendance, and we are looking for candidates who are on the US East Coast, Raleigh preferred. 
Ideal applicants will have experience with quantitative market research methodologies, strong client-facing skills, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to help grow our survey research capabilities within the expert network space. 
It's a great opportunity to work as part of a global team, with colleagues based across EMEA, APAC and the Americas. 
Responsibilities:  
Responsibilities of the Associate Market Research Manager position may include: 
<ul>
<li>Independently manage a book of survey projects across U.S.-based client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Lead client intake and scoping calls to assess research needs, determine feasibility, and provide accurate pricing and sampling recommendations. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Program surveys with straightforward logic and collaborate with external consultants for more advanced builds. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Mentor and support Analysts ability to balance workloads and guiding them on methodology, project flow, and best practices. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Oversee vendor relationships, including sample sourcing and quote management, to ensure smooth execution of live survey projects. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Conduct quality checks on survey data to ensure accuracy and client readiness. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Use tools like ERM, CRM, and PowerBI to track project progress, review client activity, and support team reporting. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Prepare and deliver clear, insightful findings in client-ready formats. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Serve as a backup to the Market Research Manager when needed and support team initiatives. </li>
</ul>

Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 5+ years of primary market research experience, ideally in B2B research. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience with both online and CATI survey modes; other research modes also desirable. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong research methodologist, and able to understand clients' research needs and recommend the best approach. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize diverse demands in a dynamic and fast-paced environment client-facing environment. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience with online survey platforms – ideally using Qualtrics, but other platforms (e.g. Confirmit, Decipher) also acceptable. </li>

An Associate Market Research Manager salary compensates them for all hours worked, which may vary from week to week. Associate Market Research Manager's carry an FLSA-exempt status and are not eligible for overtime pay.
