We’re seeking a Shipping &amp; Receiving Clerk to manage the flow of parts, materials, and critical supplies that power our facility from start to finish. In this hands-on role, you’ll coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including packaging, processing, and accurate data entry. You’ll also manage the ordering, storage, and delivery of chemicals and specialty gases from the warehouse to the factory floor.
In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to train and certify as a member of the Emergency Response Team, playing a vital role in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Role Overview
This position supports shipping, receiving, and internal logistics operations, including the preparation, distribution, and documentation of shipments. The role involves handling office equipment, mail, and packages while supporting operational efficiency in a pharmacy environment.
Key Responsibilities

<li>Pick up and move computer equipment, furniture, and other office items between offices or buildings using carts and other equipment.</li>
<li>Distribute and collect office mail, packages, supplies, handouts, storage boxes, and computer hardware.</li>
<li>Examine outgoing mail for proper appearance and addressing; seal envelopes by hand or machine.</li>
<li>Stamp outgoing mail, weigh packages, and ensure correct postage.</li>
<li>Process and maintain records for certified, registered, and express mail/packages.</li>
