Minimum Requirements: J.D., LL.M., or U.S. equivalent in law plus at least 3 years of professional experience as an Attorney, Associate, Law Clerk, or related occupation/position/title providing legal advice to corporate clients regarding mergers &amp; acquisitions at an international law firm with focus on environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG), energy transition, and environmental, health and safety (EHS) matters.
