About the Position The Advancement Director is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic vision and management of SELT's vibrant and successful fundraising and donor engagement programs. This position leads efforts to secure the philanthropic resources necessary to advance the organization's mission by leading major gifts, planned giving, and place-based capital campaigns, overseeing membership programs, and collaborating on foundation and corporate relations. Foundation and Membership Support: • In collaboration with the Outreach and Education Director, identify and pursue foundation funding opportunities; maintain select institutional donor relationships. • Oversee administration of SELT's membership program, including appeals, communications, and events to deepen member engagement. Ensure a seamless integration of membership efforts with overall fundraising strategy. • Plan and implement membership growth strategies to help SELT achieve a 50% increase in its donor base by 2030. The Chief of Endocrinology will provide strategic leadership and direction for all aspects of the&nbsp;Division. The Division Chief will be responsible for all planning, policy, operations, and&nbsp;oversight of academic, research, and clinical programs of the Division. The Role:
The Associate Dean is a leadership partner to the Dean. Primary responsibilities include supervision, coordination and leadership for all curricular issues, general education, and graduate education; implementation of College of Education and Professional Studies (CEPS) courses, programs and strategic priorities; and policy coordination. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF THERAPEUTIC RECREATION:
Education:
• Highschool Diploma or GED Certificate desirable.
The ideal candidate must be able to:
• Relate to the residents' life experiences and current interests, monitor and chart residents' activity involvement accurately, work independently and possess patience and an understanding of the residents' concerns and needs. 
• Participate in surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies. • Interview residents or family members to obtain activity information. • Assure that all activity progress notes charted are informative and descriptive of the services provided and of the resident's response to the service. • Involve the resident/family in planning objectives and goals for the resident. • Meet with administration, medical and nursing staff, as well as other related departments in planning activity programs. • Assist with organizing bus trips.
• Assist the Quality Assessment &amp; Assurance Committee in developing and implementing appropriate plans of action to correct identified deficiencies.
• Assist in the recruitment, interviewing, and selection of personnel for the activity department. • Determine departmental staffing requirements necessary to meet the activity department's needs and assign a sufficient number of activity personnel for each tour of duty.
WORK SCHEDULE
8:00 am to 4:00 pm; and other hours as volunteered or required, inclusive of (two) 15- minute breaks and (one) 30-minute meal period per (8) hour shift.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Business Development &amp; Events Director will promote the destination as a premier sports tourism, conference, tradeshow, and special events location booking large tournaments and sports tourism events. The execution of responsibilities will be accomplished by working closely with facility staff, regional and national event/tournament providers, and promoting the primary revenue streams through effective marketing and advertising efforts. The position will include selling sponsorships. They will be evaluated based on KPIs set by the General Manager, number of events booked, sponsorship sales or assistance, number of visitors or event attendees generated, new business development, new program expansion, and sales pace.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
<ul>
<li>Planning and implementing events, tournaments, and rentals to meet revenue targets</li>
<li>Maintaining an event calendar of rental/tournaments booked, listing all facility activities planned</li>
<li>Preparing and presenting regular reporting on event strategy and results</li>
<li>Managing communications with all stakeholders of events </li>
<li>Sponsorship sales both local and national to meet revenue targets</li>
<li>Event development and primary contact for all events after they have been contracted</li>
<li>Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for programs</li>
<li>Project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products </li>
<li>Accomplish objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs while developing field sales action plans</li>
<li>Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, and anticipating new opportunities</li>
<li>Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends</li>
<li>Serve as Manager-On-Duty ("MOD") at certain key events</li>
<li>Participate in planning/strategic meetings</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned by management</li>

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
<ul>
<li>Proven success in generating awareness through consumer marketing and branding</li>
<li>Experience in youth and amateur sports as a consumer, marketing professional, or other relevant experience</li>
<li>Experience in using a CRM to manage and nurture potential or current customers</li>
<li>Experience in sponsorship sales and activation</li>
<li>Experience working with convention &amp; visitors bureaus, regional sports commissions, and/or regional event management booking in a regional sports and/or convention center</li>
<li>Experience and success in promoting, booking, and delivering special events</li>
<li>Action-oriented personality with a 'get it done' attitude and proficiency for efficiency</li>
</ul>
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul>
<li>Prior experience in marketing research to gain consumer insights (locally, regionally, and nationally) to identify key selling points for attracting corporate/organization relationships including sponsorship and financial partnerships, or business development activities</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or advertising; or a minimum of 5+ years' experience in a similar position</li>
<li>Technologically savvy with skills in using multiple platforms or software for a variety of tasks such as cloud file management or project management</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li>
<li>Skilled at identifying and creating opportunities or promotions to deliver revenue goals</li>
<li>Must have excellent interpersonal, problem solving and negotiating skills</li>
<li>Must be a team player and deadline-driven</li>
<li>Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
