You will communicate the plan and health network performance to stakeholders, including health networks, provider and member stakeholder groups and quality leadership, including the Quality Improvement Health Equity Committee (QIHEC) and Board of Directors Quality Assurance Committee. You will lead a cross-departmental team of professional staff in the development of performance measurement reports, the review of data to identify and report issues and trends and to escalate underperforming entities to stakeholders. State Specialist for Urban Community Resource Development

PHI’s Senior Workforce Intervention Specialist works to improve job quality for direct care workers by contributing to the development, implementation, and evaluation of PHI’s practice-based employment and training models. As a part of PHI’s Workforce Innovations Team (WIT), they will specialize in leading engagements related to operationalizing and evaluating meaningful advancement opportunities that expand the direct care career ladder; additionally, they may support programs aimed at strengthening recruitment and retention practices, creating a coaching culture, developing adult-learner centered training, and assessing direct care job quality. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Lead the implementation of PHI practice-based job quality interventions, including creating and maintaining work plans and timelines, managing partner relationships, executing project activities, and reporting progress to PHI’s Vice President of Workforce Innovations through verbal and written communication.</li>

The Public Relations Assistant is needed to provide critical administrative PR support across the company's eyewear, retail and pure player portfolio. Due to the volume of workload, the assistant is needed to support the Americas PR leader to maximize PR results. The assistant is needed to support in the creation of PR presentations and recaps and reports, implementation of PR strategies, tracking and analyzing those strategies' results, organic and paid influencer programs and product seedings, paid editorial/media partnerships, PR events, product, shipments and other logistics coordination, invoice submission and budget and administrative management. Position Responsibilities: • Support the Senior Public Relations Manager in all public relations efforts – from day-to-day tasks to broader brainstorming and creating targeted PR plans/influencer strategies. • Liase with external agency partners to fulfill editorial requests and ensure the SGH PR department is running smoothly and efficiently. • PR asset development (I.e. talking points, quotes, media alerts, trend pitches, etc.) • Media list maintenance • PR recaps • Influencer research (ongoing) • Event support (including RSVP lists, inviting media, organizing product and displays, etc.) • Product order fulfillment (for gifting and samples) • Operational requests (communications to stores, receiving campaign assets, high res images, credit requests, shipments, messengers, etc.) Position Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Advertising/Marketing or Journalism preferred • Possess excellent written, verbal and organizational communication skills • Ability to be flexible and adapt in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment • Possess outstanding project-management and strong follow-up skills • Proven ability to complete time-sensitive tasks under minimal direction • Travel TBD based on brand needs and events. ........................................
