JOB SUMMARY Under general supervision, perform a variety of complex, technical and specialized duties involved in human resources analysis including HRIS data maintenance, monitoring and analyzing applicant data, classification, compensation, collective bargaining support, and other related areas as assigned. Coordinate assigned processes, and process personnel actions accurately and timely; uses independent judgment, initiative and good human relations and problem-solving skills in the application of established procedures; and performs related duties as assigned. DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS A Human Resources Analyst is distinguished from a Benefits Analyst in that an incumbent in the latter class specializes in benefits plan development and administration. Incumbents assume assignments requiring the ability to proceed independently in the execution of tasks and coordination of assigned areas. Employees in this class are fully trained in employment-related HR analytical functions including analysis of longitudinal data, maintenance of human resources data, and can provide training to lower-level staff. State Specialist for Urban Community Resource Development

PHI’s Senior Workforce Intervention Specialist works to improve job quality for direct care workers by contributing to the development, implementation, and evaluation of PHI’s practice-based employment and training models. As a part of PHI’s Workforce Innovations Team (WIT), they will specialize in leading engagements related to operationalizing and evaluating meaningful advancement opportunities that expand the direct care career ladder; additionally, they may support programs aimed at strengthening recruitment and retention practices, creating a coaching culture, developing adult-learner centered training, and assessing direct care job quality. Outstanding skills in critical thinking, proactive leadership, written and verbal communication, relationship building, and workforce and organizational development are essential for success in this role. &nbsp;
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Lead the implementation of PHI practice-based job quality interventions, including creating and maintaining work plans and timelines, managing partner relationships, executing project activities, and reporting progress to PHI’s Vice President of Workforce Innovations through verbal and written communication.</li>

As a member of the library’s dynamic, collaborative Instructional Technology Services team, the librarian in this position has primary oversight for the Office of Legal Technology &amp; Instructional Services. This position leads the development and delivery of services supporting the integration of library resources into the curriculum, the curation and use of the library’s growing electronic resources collection, the use of scholarly communication technologies and services, and the undertaking of digital initiatives. Responsibilities
