<li>Process orders for hospital facilities.</li>
<li>Process product replacement for hospital facilities.</li>
<li>Maintaining coming bill back requests per facility.</li>
<li>Review incoming paperwork for accuracy and department compliance.</li>
<li>Compile monthly spreadsheets utilizing Microsoft Excel for each direct bill hospital</li>
<li>Verify/update bill back pricing as needed</li>
<li>Ensure requested bill backs are according to a contract agreement</li>
<li>Submit/Maintain purchase orders from hospital accounting departments for invoicing&nbsp;</li>
<li>Bill each hospital in accordance with the formulary</li>
<li>Process canceled files for bill back to contracted facilities</li>
<li>Prepare service invoices and invoicing inpatient Orthotic and Prosthetic services within time constraints and pricing per facility contract.</li>
<li>Maintain Buyout credits towards monthly bill backs</li>
<li>Maintain hospital bill back procedure for each facility</li>
<li>Assisting in updating contract pricing spreadsheets as needed</li>
<li>Works with Hospital Partnership Director to train the field on internal hospital process</li>
<li>Identify and communicate issues within the hospitals for successful resolution</li>
<li>Complete miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned</li>

We're seeking a hands-on marketing coordinator to join our U.S. operations and serve as the local marketing resource for our American organization. This role will play an instrumental part in executing day-to-day marketing activities, managing trade shows and events, and ensuring seamless coordination between our U.S. office and our corporate marketing team in Sweden.
The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented marketer who excels in operational roles and can suggest ways to enhance our marketing efforts in the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Marketing Execution:

Qualifications:
