CMCS is seeking a dynamic candidate to become our next Administrative Director of Foster Care! In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the agency's mission, vision and values within all areas of the Foster Care program. Responsibilities include the development of program/department goals and objectives as well as the coordination and supervision of the full range of Social Work and ancillary services for the Foster Care team. The Administrative Director of Foster Care serves as the main liaison between CMCS and regulatory bodies including the Administration for Children's Services (ACS) and the Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS).
 
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Master's Degree in Human Services or Social Work</li>
<li>New York State License as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) preferred. </li>
<li>Relevant post-Master's experience in child welfare setting</li>
<li>Relevant supervisory experience in a child welfare setting</li>
</ul>
Additional Requirements:

BCBA and BC-ABA Consultant Responsibilities:

<li>Assess and create treatment plans for children and adolescents with autism and other behavioral health diagnoses. </li>

<li>Use proven methods to help with behavior issues and teach new skills. </li>

<li>Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques. </li>

<li>Utilize electronic health data record to track progress, and assess outcomes of treatment. </li>
</ul>

<li>Collect and review data to track progress and adjust treatments as needed. </li>
</ul>

<li>Skilled in conducting behavior assessments and creating behavior plans. </li>
