Job Summary:
The Behavioral Health Technician - Early Intervention ABA (BHT - EIABA) provides ABA-based interventions to support children ages 3-5 in a structured early intervention group setting. The BHT - EIABA assists in developing social, emotional, and behavioral competencies, focusing on communication, play, self-help skills, and potty training. Each BHT-EIABA is responsible for working with a group of three children, implementing individualized ABA strategies designed to increase independence, reduce maladaptive behaviors, and build school readiness skills.
Duties/Responsibilities:

<li>Adhere to program-specific and agency policy.</li>
<li>Attend and participate in all required supervision and training sessions. </li>
<li>Build positive relationships with teachers and staff in schools and programs. </li>
<li>Collaborate with Program Director, BCBA Clinical Director, Clinical Supervisor, Administrative Staff, and Quality Assurance Director in monitoring processes.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Behavior Consultant/Mobile Therapist and other treatment providers, participating in supervision and consultation. </li>
<li>Collect data as requested in the treatment plan and ensure meaningful data collection. </li>
<li>Complete daily progress reports and turn in paperwork within required timeframes.</li>
<li>Complete required reports to Childline and other agencies as necessary. </li>
<li>Contribute to the development of the child's treatment plan and crisis plan. </li>
<li>Engage the child/family in community activities and programs as indicated in the treatment plan. </li>
<li>Engage families using reflective listening, collaboration, empathy, and consideration of cultural, ethnic, and religious beliefs. </li>
<li>Engage parents or extended family members in interventions to transfer skills and foster positive relations. </li>
<li>Engage teachers or staff in interventions and utilize their input. </li>
<li>Engage the child in specific interventions from the treatment plan during each session. </li>
<li>Maintain all scheduled appointments with the family and child. </li>
<li>Maintain records and ensure they meet clinical documentation requirements. </li>
<li>Practice appropriate utilization of services as per the written order for each client.</li>
<li>Provide effective one-on-one interventions in all identified settings and communicate with the Behavior Consultant/Mobile Therapist if interventions are not effective. </li>
<li>Request assistance in implementing therapeutic interventions if unclear. </li>
<li>Respect the rules and policies of the institutions where treatment is delivered. </li>

Job DescriptionClient: Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Southeast&nbsp; Location: Naval Air Station Pensacola – Pensacola, FL Title: Construction Surveillance Engineering Technician (CSET) Clearance: Ability to successfully clear background checks and security assessments Scope:&nbsp; The CSET shall provide management support to the ROICC for construction services such as construction inspection, quality assurance, monitoring ESS compliance and contract administration. Duties/responsibilities include:
<ol>
<li>Coordinate Requests from Construction Contractor. Coordinate request from the construction Contractor for outage requests, excavation permits, burn permits, haul routes and other similar items. This will require liaison with the ROICC and appropriate base personnel (Security, Public Works, Fire Department). The CSET shall track status of the various requests and anything pending after five calendar days shall be investigated and a report made to the ROICC detailing the cause for delays in issuance.</li>
<li>Coordinate field activities. CSET shall work with the construction contractor, Navy client customers, activity managers, maintenance and utility servers, Federal Fire departments, and Security Police so there is a seamless coordination of construction activities.</li>
<li>Attend Meetings and Conferences. The CSET shall take notes, provide information to the ROICC or the ROICC’s representative at the Preconstruction Conference, Safety Meetings, and Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Meetings.</li>
<li>Develop Quality Assurance Plans. The CSET shall collaborate with ROICC and other SSC personnel to draft a Quality Assurance plan as applicable to contract documents for this project.</li>
<li>Prepare Construction Representative’s Reports (CRRs). The CSET shall prepare CRRs for each site visit. In general, the report shall include comments relating to the status of contractor efforts, the quality of these efforts as judged by the inspector, and any conversations, discussions, or other communications with the construction contractor.</li>
<li>Monitor construction work for project CQC compliance with contract documents.&nbsp; The CSET shall assure that the quality control system of the Contractor is in compliance with contract documents and Contractor-submitted plans. The CSET shall perform checks of the construction to assure adequacy of the construction Contractor’s quality control.</li>
<li>Report instances of non-compliance with safety requirements and monitor compliance with environmental protection requirements.</li>
<li>The CSET shall monitor by witnessing the measurements and assurance surveying performed by the construction contractor. All problems, discrepancies, and recommendations shall be noted on the CRR.</li>
<li>Monitor materials testing. The CSET shall monitor all materials testing conducted by the construction Contractors and their testing laboratories. Review testing procedures and reports as received from the Contractor. Note problems and discrepancies on the CRR. Witness and record results of tests which require Government witnessing.</li>
<li>Witness testing of waste, gas, water, electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, fire protection, elevator, boiler, and energy monitoring control systems.&nbsp; The CSET shall note results and provide recommendations to accept or reject such systems on the CRR.</li>
<li>Review Daily Contractor Quality Control (CQC) and Contractor Production Reports (CPRs). The CSET shall review these reports for completeness and accuracy.&nbsp; The CSET shall ensure that all testing and results are documented on the CQC or projection report as appropriate and will review for compliance with the CQC plan and the contract plans and specifications.</li>
<li>Monitor the updating of Submittal Status Logs. The CSET shall monitor by reviewing at the job-site office, the construction Contractor’s updating of the Submittal Status Log. Note discrepancies or problems on the CRR.</li>
<li>Technical Review of Submittals. The CSET shall collect and perform technical reviews of CPRs, CQC reports, preparatory meeting minutes, initial inspection meeting reports, test data, requests for information, work performance schedules, payroll records, activity hazard analysis documents, shop drawings, material and equipment certifications, and technical submittals.</li>
<li>Schedule pre-final and final inspections. Each CSET shall coordinate with QC Manager, CME/CSE, and supported command client to attend pre-final/final inspections for validation and acceptance of any definable feature of work.</li>
<li>Assist conducting pre-final inspections. For each construction activity for which the CSET has management</li>
<li>responsibility, participate in the pre-final activity inspection along with other members of the project team. From information gathered at that inspection, prepare a detailed punch list of all items which do not comply with the construction contract or items which have not been completed.</li>
<li>Construction Photographic Services. The CSET shall take and provide to the Government complete progress, record, and other construction photographs such as Report Progress Photographs, Completion Photographs, and Special Construction Operations Photographs.</li>
<li>The CSET shall monitor construction Contractor field maintenance of as-built drawings.&nbsp; The CSET shall review preparation of as-built drawings by the construction Contractor and shall monitor the construction Contractor’s posting of changes to the as-built drawings as they occur. The CSET is responsible for assuring the accuracy of the as-built drawings prepared by the construction Contractor and is required to notify the ROICC if the as-built drawings maintained by the construction Contractor are inaccurate or are not being updated.&nbsp; At the completion of each construction activity for which this service is provided, the CSET shall field check the as-built conditions indicated on as-built drawings provided by the construction Contractor.</li>

Qualifications, Experience, and Position Requirements:
<ol>
<li>A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Control Manager or Superintendent working for a General Contractor on NAVFAC or USACE projects, OR a minimum of 10 years of experience working as a Foreman in one or more of the following trades: carpentry, electrical, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, or concrete on commercial/industrial/military projects valued in excess of $5 million. Residential experience does not qualify.</li>
<li>A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Journeyman in one or more of the following trades: carpentry, electrical, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, or concrete. Residential experience does not qualify.</li>
<li>Specialized training for Construction Quality Verification or completed an equivalent course.</li>
<li>Competent computer skills for network data entry.</li>

<li>Average agility and dexterity. OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF JOB
Responsible for performing a wide variety of staff assignments, many of which have a significant effect upon department policy. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF JOB
1. Serves as an assistant to the Clarion County Human Services Fiscal Director and reports fiscal information out to Clarion County Children &amp; Youth Services Director. 
2. Assists in the preparation of the annual needs based budget as it relates to budget and fiscal forecasts and expenditures.
3. Reviews and monitors the county, program-funded, and fee-for-service provider agencies’ fiscal and accounting operations, including such areas as budget, receipts and expenditures.
