The primary responsibility of the Warehouse Receiving clerk will be checking and unloading incoming shipments, verifying that the correct amounts and types of items were shipped. Inspecting the goods in order to ensure their quality, then examining and receiving the order into our system. The clerk then stores or stocks the items in their appropriate places.
Essential Position Functions:

Responsibilities:
This is a Temp to Hire Accounts Payable opportunity near the Carson area and&nbsp; you will be responsible for supporting the Accounts Payable team with a focus on inventory billing. Your main duties will include:

<li>Inventory Billing:</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Perform 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and delivery receipts.</li>
<li>Match units in NetSuite with units billed on invoices.</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy in inventory-related transactions.</li>
</ul>
Requirements: 2 years of AP background processing over 80 to 100 bills per day.&nbsp;
Qualifications and Skills:
<ul>
<li>Familiarity with Reconciliation:&nbsp;Ability to reconcile financial data and identify discrepancies.</li>
<li>Familiarity with NetSuite (Preferred):&nbsp;Prior experience with NetSuite software will be advantageous in this role.</li>
<li>Strong Data Entry Skills:&nbsp;Accurate and efficient data entry skills are essential for success in this position.</li>
