 Qualifications

<li>Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.</li>
<li>BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting position.</li>
<li>CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting the eligibility requirements.</li>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.</li>
<li>Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting (within the last five years).</li>
<li>Previous leadership role, such as charge nurse or lead capacity, where you were responsible for interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results.</li>

We are seeking a Nurse Supervisor&nbsp;to join our team!&nbsp;You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients.</li>
<li>communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care</li>
<li>Monitor&nbsp;and patient vitals as required</li>
<li>Suction via trach per the patient's plan of care.</li>
<li>Tube feed and medication administration</li>
<li>Cough assist, trach care, personal care, bathing, and incontinence care checks as needed.</li>
<li>Turn and reposition as needed.</li>
<li>Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members</li>
<li>Ventilation Maintenance, and pulse ox reading as recommended</li>
<li>wound care and debridement</li>
<li>IV medication administration</li>
<li>Complete necessary documentation at the end of their shift.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>One year experience with home healthcare</li>
<li>RN or LPN from an accredited school</li>
