The Role:
The Associate Dean is a leadership partner to the Dean. Primary responsibilities include supervision, coordination and leadership for all curricular issues, general education, and graduate education; implementation of College of Education and Professional Studies (CEPS) courses, programs and strategic priorities; and policy coordination. The Associate Dean also serves on a variety of college and university committees and acts in the Dean's absence.&nbsp;

Summary
This position is responsible for soliciting expiring, expired members and specialized selected member list to renew or upgrade their Safari Club International membership. An integral function of this position is to maintain and implement a plan that includes strategies for continued improvement to reach higher retention rates. This position requires a results-driven, self-motivated individual that is motivated on a sales-incentivized basis.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This position travels up 35% of the time, including to the SCI annual convention and any other trade shows or events of interest to SCI/F or supported by SCI/F.

Responsibilities

<li>Making outbound calls and emails to expiring, expired members, and other specialized selected member lists from a provided database to renew or upgrade their membership (Warm Leads). </li>
<li>Represent the company at various trade shows and industry events, setting up and managing the company's booth or display. </li>
<li>Stay up to date on industry trends and product offerings to effectively communicate with valued customers. </li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of retention, sales efforts and customer interactions. </li>
<li>Create, cultivate, and implement techniques and strategies for an incentive-based plan that includes continued improvement for an effective membership retention plan </li>
<li>Processing requests, completing transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. </li>
