The Associate Dean is a leadership partner to the Dean. Primary responsibilities include supervision, coordination and leadership for all curricular issues, general education, and graduate education; implementation of College of Education and Professional Studies (CEPS) courses, programs and strategic priorities; and policy coordination. You will work closely with the Marketing &amp; Communications Manager to create compelling digital content, grow our online presence, and evaluate campaign performance.&nbsp;This is a remote, part-time position (up to 20 hours per week) with required in-person attendance at Foundation events for live coverage and content capture.&nbsp;Responsibilities&nbsp;Social Media Management
<ul>
<li>Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and engagement opportunities.</li>
<li>Create visually engaging multimedia content including graphics, photos, videos, reels, and other digital assets tailored to each platform.</li>
</ul>
Content Creation &amp; Scheduling
<ul>
<li>Curate, create, and schedule content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.</li>
<li>Ensure messaging aligns with the Foundation’s mission and brand voice.</li>
</ul>
Community Engagement
<ul>
<li>Manage daily community engagement across all platforms by responding to comments, messages, and facilitating conversations.</li>
<li>Support efforts to grow followership and increase brand awareness.</li>
</ul>
Data Analytics &amp; Reporting
<ul>
<li>Track and analyze performance metrics across platforms using tools such as Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, Network for Good, Later, and others.</li>
<li>Produce regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.</li>
</ul>
Campaign Management
<ul>
<li>Manage and optimize social media presence for fundraising and donation initiatives.</li>
<li>Plan and execute social campaigns to promote Foundation programs, events, and initiatives.</li>
</ul>
Event Coverage
<ul>
<li>Provide live social media coverage of Foundation events, including on-site photos, videos, reels, and behind-the-scenes content.</li>
<li>Conduct brief interviews and capture platform-specific storytelling content.</li>
</ul>
Creative Projects
<ul>
<li>Contribute creative ideas and collaborate on digital campaigns, video production, photography, and other creative initiatives tailored for various platforms.</li>
</ul>
Other Duties
<ul>
<li>Support additional marketing tasks and projects as assigned by the Foundation.</li>
</ul>
Compensation &amp; Work Structure
<ul>
<li>Hourly Rate: $25/hour</li>
<li>Annual Cap: Up to $26,000 per year</li>
<li>Schedule: Up to 20 hours per week (no set working hours)</li>
<li>Payment Schedule: Biweekly</li>
<li>Benefits: Business expenses and authorized fees may be reimbursed with pre-approval. Benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans may be added over time.</li>
</ul>
Work Environment
<ul>
<li>This is a fully remote role with in-person duties required for select Foundation events.</li>
<li>No designated office space will be provided; limited equipment may be furnished as needed.</li>
<li>The Foundation will supply access to tools and information necessary to perform job duties.</li>
