ROLE:
The Assistant Vice President, Wealth Management Program Manager, is responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, and success of the credit union’s Wealth Management program. Knowledge and Skills:
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in wealth management, investment services, or financial advising, with at least 3 years in a leadership or program management role. Strong leadership and business development experience within a financial institution or broker-dealer setting. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES 
A Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required, along with a valid Series 7 license. If registered after October 1, 2018, candidates must also possess a valid and active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam certification. A valid and active Series 66 (or Series 63/65) and a Life and Health Insurance license must be obtained within 60 days of starting the role as a condition of employment. Certified Financial Planner (CFP) preferred, but not required. Must maintain all licenses and meet ongoing continuing education requirements. 
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS 
Demonstrated strong leadership and coaching abilities, with proven experience in managing a team of advisors. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, effectively engaging with both internal teams and external partners. The Assistant Vice President (AVP) must exhibit executive presence and the ability to collaborate closely with senior leadership to align the Wealth Management program with the credit union’s strategic objectives. OTHER SKILLS Comprehensive knowledge of investment products, financial planning, compliance requirements, finance, and economics is essential. Position Summary
The Associate Planner plays a critical role in supporting sales and inventory strategies across key wholesale accounts. This position owns account-level planning, provides actionable sales analysis, and partners closely with Account Executives to drive business results. The ideal candidate has a passion for numbers and strategy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a mix of analytical rigor and cross-functional collaboration. Essential Functions

<li>Own sales and inventory planning for assigned wholesale accounts</li>
<li>Analyze sales performance and trends; update monthly inventory projections via NSPB</li>
<li>Collaborate with Account Executives on assortment planning, reorders, and RTVs</li>
<li>Maintain and update the inventory vault and forecasting tools using Excel and NSPB</li>
<li>Prepare and deliver account-level sales reports using Skypad and BIG</li>
<li>Support monthly and seasonal business reviews, helping identify risks and opportunities</li>
<li>Assist with sell-in and sell-through reporting, including best sellers and stock positions</li>
<li>Contribute to strategic planning discussions with data-driven insights</li>
<li>Act as a key resource for cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Procurement</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field</li>
<li>4+ years of experience in sales planning, inventory management, or related fields, ideally in a consumer goods, jewelry, or luxury industry</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with experience in retail math and the ability to interpret complex data sets to provide clear, actionable insights</li>
<li>Ability to plan and manage Open-to-Buy (OTB) and style-level planning across multiple wholesale accounts</li>
<li>Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas</li>
<li>Comfortable working with planning and reporting tools such as NSPB, Skypad, and BIG</li>
<li>Confident in managing data to support projections, planning, and sales strategies</li>
<li>Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with both internal stakeholders and account partners</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment with a small, collaborative team</li>
