General Summary:&nbsp;&nbsp;Under the direction of the University President, the Vice President for Administration &amp; Finance serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the University.&nbsp;&nbsp;The VPAF administers the University budget as well as supervises the Business Office, Human Resources, Office of Financial Aid, Facilities, Security and Safety, and the Office of Information Technology. The VPAF is also responsible for the outsourced Bookstore, general contract administration, regulation administration, The University’s annual budget, fiscal policies, and other services as assigned.&nbsp;&nbsp;The VPAF works closely with various State of North Dakota governing and regulating agencies.
Primary Responsibilities:&nbsp;
Business Office&nbsp;- Responsible for the accurate accounting and budgeting of appropriated and non-appropriated funds to include payroll and student accounts. Human Resources&nbsp;- Responsible for talent acquisition, salary administration, employee training, and appropriate application of&nbsp;&nbsp;HR policies, procedures, and practices. May coordinate on the process of position creation and management. Student Financial Aid&nbsp;- Responsible for accurate accounting and disbursement of student financial aid; federal funds, scholarships, grants, waivers, and awards used by students for tuition, books, and fees. Facilities Management&nbsp;- Responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of all buildings and grounds of the University.&nbsp;&nbsp;Provides oversight for new construction and renovation of buildings. Campus Safety and Security&nbsp;- Provides security services 24/7, Clery Act reporting, and safety measures. &nbsp;Information Technology Center&nbsp;- Provides for the physical infrastructure, security and support of all campus network and communication lines, computers and related I.T. equipment on campus. Bookstore&nbsp;- Responsible for the oversight of bookstore operations (currently contracted with Barnes &amp; Noble) Coordination with North Dakota University System office&nbsp;- Responds to requests for information from the NDUS and SBHE, assists with presentations as necessary and serves as a member of the NDUS Administrative Affairs Council. Budget Administration&nbsp;- Coordinates the budget requests and development processes. Serves on the Strategic Planning and Budget Council.&nbsp;&nbsp;Serves on the Faculty Senate Salary and Budget Committee. Contract Administration&nbsp;- Executes most contracts and works with assigned attorney to ensure compliance with state laws. &nbsp;
Secondary Responsibilities:
Dining Services&nbsp;- Coordinates with the VPSA to manage the food services contract (currently contracted with Sodexo).&nbsp;&nbsp;Sets board rates in conjunction with food services personnel. Residence Life&nbsp;- Coordinates with the VPSA to maintain residence halls for safety, security, and student satisfaction.&nbsp;&nbsp;Accounts for charges and receipts regarding student residence fees.&nbsp;&nbsp;Sets room rates in connection with residence life personnel. Dakota College at Bottineau&nbsp;- Coordinates with DCB personnel to provide advice and assistance as necessary.

The Associate Dean will play a crucial role in leadership for the College of Education and Professional Studies (CEPS) in the years ahead. The Associate Dean collaborates with the Dean and CEPS Administrative team on planning and implementing college strategic initiatives. This includes supporting CEPS administrative leaders in equity-focused program assessment and accreditation, culturally responsive curriculum and program development, cultivation of business and community partnerships, and strategic management of course offerings and scheduling for the college. The Role:
The Associate Dean is a leadership partner to the Dean. Primary responsibilities include supervision, coordination and leadership for all curricular issues, general education, and graduate education; implementation of College of Education and Professional Studies (CEPS) courses, programs and strategic priorities; and policy coordination. The Associate Dean also serves on a variety of college and university committees and acts in the Dean's absence.&nbsp;

Minimum Qualifications Earned doctorate from an accredited institution in a discipline associated with programs represented in the College of Education and Professional Studies. Demonstrated successful departmental or college-level administrative, leadership, and budget experience in an institution of higher education.  Responsibilities

<li>Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and the community at large in order to retain existing and attract new business</li>

 Requirements 
<ul>
<li>Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability</li>
<li>Requires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies</li>
<li>Understanding of loan originator software such as Experian, LendingWise, or Calyx, and Office Suite highly preferred</li>
<li>Understand a variety of loans such as: FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit</li>
<li>Multiple years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required</li>

Job Description
1st Choice Credit Union is seeking an experienced Loan Officer, this individual will be responsible for performance of all lending activities within the credit union, insuring compliance with credit union lending policy; assisting with development of lending policy; maintain lending activity to meet credit union goals and objectives. Recommending alternatives to reduce loan delinquencies as needed. ROLE AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Serve as main point of contact for all member requests and inquiries regarding Credit Union loan services and policies. Stay abreast of lending/financial information and compliance issues to effectively assist members with their lending needs.</li>
<li>Receive member loan requests, including acceptance of applications, pulling loan files, credit reports for loan processing, and interviewing applicant. Process and make credit decisions based on lending policies.</li>
<li>Obtain signatures and closing documents, (loanliner agreements, payroll/ach deductions, power of attorneys, advance/subsequent action forms etc.) verify that the files are completed in accordance with lending policies and procedures. Ensure that all loan information is confidential.</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with all lending regulations; assist with developing procedural changes as compliance requires or new programs demand.</li>
<li>Responsible for achieving established member service goals and making sure that deadlines are met.</li>
<li>Promote a culture of openness in order to be an effective listener and problem solver of member’s issues and customer service concerns.</li>
<li>Maintain knowledge of 1st Choice Credit Union’s products and services, operational policies and procedures, by-laws, and philosophy.</li>
<li>Demonstrate a professional, business like appearance.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the credit union.</li>

 QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
<ul>
<li>Credit union or community banking experience is preferred</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree is preferred</li>
<li>1-2 years’ Lending Experience</li>
<li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite applications</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to apply logic and methodology</li>

Job DescriptionConsumer Loan Officer Purpose: Assist members with loan products while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. Evaluate applications, analyze credit history, and make sound lending decisions. Responsibilities:

<li>Proficiency with loan processing systems and Microsoft Office Suite.</li>
