General Summary:&nbsp;&nbsp;Under the direction of the University President, the Vice President for Administration &amp; Finance serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the University.&nbsp;&nbsp;The VPAF administers the University budget as well as supervises the Business Office, Human Resources, Office of Financial Aid, Facilities, Security and Safety, and the Office of Information Technology. The VPAF is also responsible for the outsourced Bookstore, general contract administration, regulation administration, The University’s annual budget, fiscal policies, and other services as assigned.&nbsp;&nbsp;The VPAF works closely with various State of North Dakota governing and regulating agencies.
Primary Responsibilities:&nbsp;
Business Office&nbsp;- Responsible for the accurate accounting and budgeting of appropriated and non-appropriated funds to include payroll and student accounts. Human Resources&nbsp;- Responsible for talent acquisition, salary administration, employee training, and appropriate application of&nbsp;&nbsp;HR policies, procedures, and practices. May coordinate on the process of position creation and management. Student Financial Aid&nbsp;- Responsible for accurate accounting and disbursement of student financial aid; federal funds, scholarships, grants, waivers, and awards used by students for tuition, books, and fees. Facilities Management&nbsp;- Responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of all buildings and grounds of the University.&nbsp;&nbsp;Provides oversight for new construction and renovation of buildings. Campus Safety and Security&nbsp;- Provides security services 24/7, Clery Act reporting, and safety measures. &nbsp;Information Technology Center&nbsp;- Provides for the physical infrastructure, security and support of all campus network and communication lines, computers and related I.T. equipment on campus. Bookstore&nbsp;- Responsible for the oversight of bookstore operations (currently contracted with Barnes &amp; Noble) Coordination with North Dakota University System office&nbsp;- Responds to requests for information from the NDUS and SBHE, assists with presentations as necessary and serves as a member of the NDUS Administrative Affairs Council. Budget Administration&nbsp;- Coordinates the budget requests and development processes. Serves on the Strategic Planning and Budget Council.&nbsp;&nbsp;Serves on the Faculty Senate Salary and Budget Committee. Contract Administration&nbsp;- Executes most contracts and works with assigned attorney to ensure compliance with state laws. &nbsp;
Secondary Responsibilities:
Dining Services&nbsp;- Coordinates with the VPSA to manage the food services contract (currently contracted with Sodexo).&nbsp;&nbsp;Sets board rates in conjunction with food services personnel. Residence Life&nbsp;- Coordinates with the VPSA to maintain residence halls for safety, security, and student satisfaction.&nbsp;&nbsp;Accounts for charges and receipts regarding student residence fees.&nbsp;&nbsp;Sets room rates in connection with residence life personnel. Dakota College at Bottineau&nbsp;- Coordinates with DCB personnel to provide advice and assistance as necessary.

The Associate Dean will play a crucial role in leadership for the College of Education and Professional Studies (CEPS) in the years ahead. The Associate Dean collaborates with the Dean and CEPS Administrative team on planning and implementing college strategic initiatives. This includes supporting CEPS administrative leaders in equity-focused program assessment and accreditation, culturally responsive curriculum and program development, cultivation of business and community partnerships, and strategic management of course offerings and scheduling for the college. The Role:
The Associate Dean is a leadership partner to the Dean. Primary responsibilities include supervision, coordination and leadership for all curricular issues, general education, and graduate education; implementation of College of Education and Professional Studies (CEPS) courses, programs and strategic priorities; and policy coordination. The Associate Dean also serves on a variety of college and university committees and acts in the Dean's absence.&nbsp;

Minimum Qualifications Earned doctorate from an accredited institution in a discipline associated with programs represented in the College of Education and Professional Studies. Demonstrated successful departmental or college-level administrative, leadership, and budget experience in an institution of higher education. What You'll Do:
Inspire Home Loans (a Century Communities, Inc. affiliated company) is seeking an experienced Loan Officer to join the team supporting our homebuilder in Michigan. This role will be responsible for continually identifying, developing, and maintaining customer financing objectives and advising customers of product/pricing policies and guidelines while gathering any additional required information. The Loan Officer will ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures, and all regulatory requirements.
This position will be remote, but individuals must reside in MI.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
<ul>
<li>In conformity with Inspire Home Loans' policies/procedures and applicable law, the Loan Officer will collect and analyze each customer's financial information and assess if the individual can qualify for a specific loan product.</li>
<li>Advise the potential borrower regarding the risks and benefits of the loan alternatives, including the options and variables involved.</li>
<li>Discuss the loan products available to best meet the individual's needs depending on their circumstances.</li>
<li>Ascertain all pertinent documentation to ensure the loan is approved.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with all parties, including the customer, the sales associate, processing, underwriting, closing, the title company, and the builder.</li>
<li>Lock the rate.</li>
<li>Manage personal production and ensure closings are handled appropriately and timely.</li>
<li>Meet and/or exceed company standards.</li>
<li>Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and customer service towards all customers.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as needed or assigned.</li>
</ul>
What You Have:
<ul>
<li>Thorough knowledge of all loan types, including Conventional, FHA, Jumbo, and VA.</li>
<li>Prior builder experience strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Proficient with loan origination systems, Encompass experience preferred.</li>
<li>Proficient with AUS (LP, DU, GUS).</li>
<li>Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, professional business relationships.</li>
<li>First-time home-buyer experience, a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to handle a heavy workload with minimal supervision.</li>
<li>Must be available to travel (inter-state) when needed.</li>
<li>Independent, reliable, detail focused and organized.&lt;</li>
<li>Proven ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships.</li>
<li>Exceptional customer service skills.</li>
</ul>
Your Education and Experience:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.</li>
<li>A minimum of 3-5 years' experience originating loans, builder preferred.</li>
<li>Must be an actively licensed Mortgage Loan Officer in MI. Willing to obtain other state licenses as necessary.</li>
