Qualifications:

<li>Education: Completion of an accredited LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) program.</li>
<li>Licensure/Certifications: Active PA license.</li>
<li>At least one year of relevant field experience is required.</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision.</li>
<li>Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and progress.</li>
<li>Assist with care plan implementation and collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians.</li>
<li>Educate patients and families on post-treatment care, medications, and recovery goals.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate clinical records, including medication logs and shift reports.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies.</li>
<li>Provide emotional support and advocate for the patient's needs during rehabilitation.</li>
