<li>Leads end-to-end management of provider incentive programs, health network pay-for-value initiatives and hospital quality pay for value models.</li>
<li>Collaborates with cross-functional teams and vendors to develop program strategies and performance metrics.</li>
<li>Monitors quality incentive program performance, identifies improvement opportunities and implements data-driven enhancements.</li>
<li>Communicates program goals, progress and outcomes to internal stakeholders and external partners.</li>
<li>Participates in meetings with providers, health networks and hospital partners to review performance for quality measures and CalOptima Health's pay for value (P4V) programs.</li>
<li>Assists partners with understanding and implementing best practices to improve performance.</li>
<li>Assists in the implementation of quality improvement grant programs that utilize unearned incentive dollars.</li>
<li>Assists management in the development of specifications and scope of work for a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ) or Request for Inquiry (RFI) to support new program development as needed.</li>
<li>Supports program design, development and implementation of quality programs impacting, but not limited to Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS), Managed Care Accountability Sets (MCAS) and Centers for Medicare &amp; Medicaid Services (CMS) STARs quality measures consistent with the quality program and workplan.</li>
<li>Produces slide decks, summaries, root cause analyses, impact analyses and other reports as needed by leadership.</li>
<li>Applies analytical skills to evaluate data based on project specifications; requests and interprets data to support decision-making and communicates insights to cross-functional stakeholders.</li>
<li>Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to senior management.</li>
<li>Leads performance and quality improvement projects, Plan Do Study Act or other formats as needed.</li>
<li>Reviews evidence-based literature for best practices to incorporate into strategy.</li>
<li>Develops and oversees the process of written tools for programmatic use, including program plans, surveys and evaluation instruments.</li>

Position Summary
The Office of the General Counsel (OGC) currently consists of 16 attorneys working collaboratively to provide a full range of legal services to Columbia University.&nbsp; OGC is seeking an attorney with corporate and/or transactional experience to work on a range matters of including:&nbsp; business matters, contract review, litigation, labor and employment, copyright, property acquisitions, student and faculty issues, and tax, among others. POSITION OVERVIEW
SEO saw rapid and unprecedented expansion during the pandemic,prompting the need to grow and redesign our C-suite. Over the lastthree years, we have welcomed three new Executive Committee membersto oversee critical functions within the organization— SEOProfessional Programs, SEO Scholars Program, and nationaloperations. In the same period, we have also doubled theorganization's workforce and budget, expanded SEO's regionalfootprints in North Carolina and Miami, and opened a second site inOakland, CA, to accommodate our growing Scholars program in SanFrancisco.
The SEO Chief Advancement Officer is responsible for strategicdevelopment planning and activities supporting the NYC SEO Scholarsprogram and SEO general program/operating support, representing 40%of organization's $51M budget with the goal to grow support by 50%over next 3 years. A particular focus will be on nationalfoundations, corporate donors, and major individual donors. The CAOis expected to be a front-line national relationship builder andmajor donor solicitor, managing a portfolio of prospects, andsupervising an approximately nine-member development team.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) William Goodloe,the CAO will be a leader in lifting the current org-widedevelopment efforts to new levels of success by broadening ways toattract and more deeply engage with national foundations,corporations, and individual philanthropists over time – to becomestrategic sources of revenue. The CAO will also work closely withSEO’s professional programs and its Marketing &amp; Communicationsteam to utilize SEO’s legacy of impact closing opportunity gaps toincrease national brand recognition as a whole. RESPONSIBILITIES
Fundraising:

<li>Drive a strategy to raise roughly an additional $10 - 15m+ inannual revenue for SEO general program support and Scholars programsupport from a variety of philanthropic sources (annual giving,major gifts, corporate and foundation relations, alumni) andspecial events (an annual gala that consistently generates $8m+ inunrestricted funds and several smaller events focused on theScholars program and general SEO support).</li>

The Lead Information Security Administrator assists in developing security standards and best practices for the institution and recommends security enhancements to management as needed. Develops strategies to respond to and recover from a security incident. Responsible for educating the workforce on information security through training and building awareness.
Duties &amp; Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Administers security controls which safeguard access to IT resources</li>
<li>Performs security assessments of internal processes and systems; recommends mitigating actions</li>
<li>Investigates security incidents, creates, and distributes related reports</li>
<li>Maintains communication with vendors regarding security system updates and technical support security products</li>
<li>Develops new or modifies existing security controls, processes, policies and procedures</li>
<li>Promotes and administers security awareness among the user community</li>
<li>Researches and recommends security solutions, to include technology architecture, software and hardware</li>
<li>Performs security assessments of 3rd&nbsp;party technology solutions</li>
<li>Coordinates with technology operation counterparts across institution on security initiatives</li>
<li>Conducts electronic document searches in response to requests from the College Office of Legal Affairs</li>

Minimum Requirements
<ul>
<li>Bachelor degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a closely related field with a minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in computing and security administration CISSP or related certification</li>
<li>All degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution</li>
<li>Knowledge of authentication, IT services access policies, and related internal and external security considerations</li>
<li>Knowledge of encryption systems, including certificate systems</li>
<li>Advanced experience working with network security systems, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC, and network monitoring</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge in large security data set analysis &amp; management of analytics systems</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems, IP data network, testing, monitoring and management</li>
<li>Strong understanding of endpoint security solutions to include File Integrity Monitoring and Data Loss Prevention</li>
<li>Knowledge of information technology trends and impact on related security procedures and processes and the current and development</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of authentication, IT services access policies, and related internal and external security considerations</li>
<li>Experience designing secure networks, systems and application architectures Direct experience with anti-virus software, intrusion detection, firewalls and content filtering methodologies</li>
<li>Ability to work in a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural environment with students, faculty and staff</li>
