Reporting to the DGSD/YRT Production Manager, advising and supervising TD&amp;P students and associated production work. RESPONSIBILITIES Teaching and Mentoring • Teach up to three (3) courses per semester in technical production and design, as assigned by the Chair of the TD&amp;P department. Production Responsibilities and Supervision • Collaborate with the Production Manager to achieve and maintain high artistic and managerial standards for DGSD/YRT productions. • Hold daily office hours in the Electro-Mechanical Laboratory to answer students' questions and provide mentoring. • Supervise and mentor student technical direction teams with the design, fabrication, installation, and operation of stage machinery and automation components on all DGSD/YRT productions. Inclusive of automation commissioning, automation training, technical rehearsals, previews, note sessions, strike, and subsequent seminars. • Oversee the technical design, purchase, installation, maintenance, storage, and safe usage of automation mechanical, and hydraulic/pneumatic equipment used in DGSD/YRT productions and classes. • Develop and implement automation department procedures, policies, paperwork, and workflow. •Maintain the safety and efficiency of all automation department operations. •Attend evening and weekend technical rehearsals to ensure that technical teams, including student automation operators and stage supervisors, are trained in the safe operation of automated systems/effects. •Develop, oversee, monitor, and manage the budgets for the Automation Lab, Electro-Mechanical Lab, and Stage Automation. • Collaborate with appropriate department heads concerning productions. • May serve Automation Designer on Geffen School or Yale Rep productions or other projects. • Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the production calendar. EXPERIENCE • Demonstrated teaching/mentoring experience. • Significant automation, electrical, and mechanical experience. • Preferred: Knowledge of Beckhoff hardware and software. • Preferred: Proven communication skills to contribute to the development of publications and textbooks in the field of technical theatre. Research Associate - Aquaculture Nutrition

Description The University of Washington Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology is seeking one (1) full-time pathologist for appointment to join our Hematopathology Division on the School of Medicine’s clinician-teacher pathway. Clinical responsibilities will include reporting of morphology for lymph nodes, tissues, bloods and marrows, as well as flow cytometry (diagnostic and minimal residual disease testing) and may include molecular diagnostic testing, hemoglobin electrophoresis and coagulation reporting, depending on the interests of the candidate. Educational activities include teaching hematology / hematopathology to students, technologists, residents and fellows. &nbsp;Applicants are expected to be involved in administrative aspects of the lab, including new test development, and develop an area of focused research / scholarly work.&nbsp;

Course description:&nbsp;Gross and Developmental Anatomy focuses on the gross structure of organs and their function, and through clinical correlations, relates each to clinical medicine.&nbsp; An Anatomical Learning Resource Center has been established to utilize computer-based instruction, anatomical models, radiographic materials as well as supervised laboratory sessions dissecting various parts of the human body.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Students study the structure and function of all organs with some interaction with cellular structure.&nbsp; This course incorporates an understanding of how embryological processes give rise to the mature body form.&nbsp; When this course is complete, each student will have extensive knowledge of the gross anatomy and development of the entire human body as it relates clinically to the practice of medicine.

 Clerical responsibilities include:

<li>Cleans sterilizer according to scheduled maintenance program and keeps appropriate records;</li>
<li>Keeps exam rooms stocked with adequate medical supplies, orders, sorts, and stores supplies;</li>
<li>Completes biohazard waste disposal and monitoring; </li>
<li>Maintains all logs and required checks (i.e. refrigerator temperatures, emergency medications, expired medications, oxygen, cold sterilization fluid change, etc.)</li>

 Requirements: Education:

<li>High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program (CAAHEP or ABHES).</li>
<li>Medical Assistant certification preferred.</li>
<li>Maintain American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification.</li>
<li>Completion of Hepatitis B Vaccine and Flu Vaccine Form will be required.&nbsp; Candidate may decline vaccination through declination form or may provide record of vaccination from previous employer.</li>
