Summit Psychological Associates is accepting applications for a secretary/support staff member for our Behavioral Health Unit at the Summit County Jail. The secretary/support staff provides support to the social workers, counselors, case managers and psychiatry staff who provide behavioral health services at the jail. 
Duties for this position:
Answer all calls coming in for the mental health unit, directing calls to staff members that can assist the caller if cannot assist them directly. Responding to calls from the jail staff and connecting them with the clinical staff as needed.
Organizing/maintaining/scanning/faxing client charts and records. Provide support to clinical staff by copying, faxing, scanning, and emailing materials.
Processing Requests for releases of information
Operating a computer with Microsoft Word, Excel, databases and other various software.
Create reports that assist the behavioral health staff in completing their activities, including, tracking productivity, preparing physician records for sign off, creating weekly list of clients needing to be seen and creating a list of records that need to be closed.
Use Summit Psychological Associates' and jail's electronic record systems to enter notes in electronic record related to phone calls or staff interactions. Entering service activity logs into the electronic record to assist with billing for jail services, creating physician schedules on a weekly basis, running jail statistics and creating quarterly outcomes for jail services.
Maintain the confidentiality of client information.
Adherence to all federal, state, jail and SPA standards.
 
This position is 40 hours weekly working from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday with a thirty-minute lunch daily.
 
Qualifications for this position:
Experience in performing all levels of secretarial and clerical work.
Excellent computer and typing skills including being proficient in Microsoft Office and scanning of documents.
Strong communication skills.
Consistent Attendance
High standards of customer service.
Experience working with electronic medical records preferred.

Responsibilities
Assist the Athletic Training department in providing sports medicine services and coverage for 14 varsity sports. This is a 100% Athletic Training role. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing practice and event coverage including evenings and weekends, supervision of athletic training facilities and student first aiders. Assistant Athletic Trainer provides care, prevention, evaluation, rehabilitation and documentation of injuries for assigned sport responsibilities. Communication with sports medicine, coaching, and athletic administration staff is expected. Sport assignments and other duties to be determined by the Head Athletic Trainer. 
Additional duties will be determined, in part, by the experiences and strengths of the
successful candidate and may include assisting with game operations and/or teaching a
sports studies course.

Responsibilities
 The Campus as a Living Lab Coordinator is responsible for supporting the ongoing initiatives in the Office of Sustainability. These include existing programs, such as the Knox Farm, Share Shop, Bike Shop, and Traditional and Nontraditional Recycling. Also, the Living Lab Coordinator will work with the Director of Sustainability in planning and implementing campus events, such as Race to Zero Waste Campaign, Move Out, Earth Month, New Student Orientation, and Sustainability Tours on campus. One essential role will be collaborating with the Director on the collection of data of these programs and events, and the development of subsequent reports, communications, and presentations.
 
Additional responsibilities will include working with the Director to design and implement new strategies for increasing sustainability initiatives on campus through expanded curricular connections, improving efficiencies and better coordination in managing resources, and encouraging greater participation among students, staff, faculty and administration in these programs.
 
Required Qualifications ● Associate’s degree from an accredited 2 or 4 year institution ● Prior experience with data collection and management ● Excellent management and written communication skills ● Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects
 Preferred Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university ● Prior experience working on an urban farm ● Prior experience managing compost systems ● Experience with community oriented workshops ● Experience leading volunteer hours
