ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
<ul>
<li>Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.</li>
<li>Coordinated domestic and international shipments.</li>
<li>Arrange Booking with freight forwarders. </li>
<li>Process export shipment details in oracle system </li>
<li>Process export documents, coordinate documents with other departments and forwarders, such as Commercial invoices, Packing list, SED, manufacturing declaration, manufacture certification, Certificate of Origin, BOL and Trade agreements. </li>
<li>Coordinated/tracked shipments with freight forwarders.</li>
<li>Update customers on a regular basis on their shipments </li>
<li>Resolve any issues that may arise with export shipments. </li>
<li>Reviewed and processed invoices to ensure accurate billing for payment from carriers/brokers. </li>
<li>Backup for imports shipments
<ul>
<li>Arrange ISF (import security filing)</li>
<li>Submit import documents to Customs Broker</li>
</ul>

<li>Conduct administrative work such as processing carriers’ labels for other departments.</li>

Qualifications and Requirements:

<li>Minimum of 1-3 years of experience operating a sit-down forklift </li>
<li>Minimum of 1-3 years’ Import and Export experience. </li>
<li>Ability to effectively understand safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping, and other job requirements generally written or expressed in English.</li>
<li>Experience completing BOL and setting up shipments.</li>
<li>Experience receiving within an ERP system is a bonus.</li>

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable processes and a proven ability to manage high-volume transactions accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in a timely manner</li>
<li>Verify accuracy of invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendors</li>
<li>Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions</li>
<li>Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire transfers</li>
<li>Reconcile accounts payable transactions and assist with month-end closing</li>
<li>Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>
Required:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of AP processes and best practices</li>
<li>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage Business Works, QuickBooks, etc.) and MS Excel</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines</li>
