The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the front office operations of the hotel while providing support to the management team.
This position requires schedule flexibility - must be able to work weekends, holidays, AM/PM and overnight shifts when needed.

A Day in the life of a Housekeeping Supervisor
Like many operations roles, there is no 'typical day.' Your role will involve a wide range of activities tending to the hotel operation. As the Housekeeping Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to oversee the hotel's housekeeping operations. This involves coaching, leading, and managing the performance of the Housekeeping team. Working closely with Housekeeping Manager and the hotel leadership team, you will oversee or directly execute our cleaning operations. Your role includes maintaining relationships with local vendors.
Beyond the day-to-day operations, you will be the go-to person for training our housekeepers on Kasa cleaning standards. It's important to note that this role is not only about standards but also involves hands-on work. The Housekeeping Supervisor is expected to assist in cleaning stayovers and full departure cleans if and when required to support the Housekeeping team.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Supervise all daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas daily; own any relationships with local vendors, or on-site partners.</li>

 JOB SUMMARY:  
 The Front Office Manager/Supervisor will oversee the daily tasks of the front desk. They will be responsible for training all front office associates (front desk, night audit, valet, etc.) on hotel policy and procedure, property management system, brand standards and job safety. They will observe interactions of the front office associates, analyze guest feedback and reviews and provide feedback to associates as necessary.
