<li>Responsible for maintaining and continually enhancing the Hotel Emergency Manual.</li>
<li>Resolves guest concerns, complaints, and suggestions with a warm, solutions-oriented approach to ensure superior service.</li>
<li>Prepares for and participates in interviews, training programs, new hire orientations, management meetings, and other assigned projects or committees.</li>
<li>Accurately prepares hotel occupancy forecasts.</li>
<li>Ensures all management directions and guest special requests are clearly noted in the Property Management System for timely action by the appropriate hotel department prior to check-in.</li>
<li>Prepares weekly and monthly reports in accordance with required quality standards and established deadlines.</li>
<li>Responsible for creating, implementing, and achieving departmental budgets for the Front Office by using daily wage management techniques, payroll management tools, and appropriate staffing adjustments based on business needs.</li>

This full-time hospitality management position works a flexible schedule.
As a Hotel Administration - Front Office Manager, you are responsible for supervising and training our administrative personnel who serve as the face of our hotel to customers. You help interview applicants as well as train and cross-train all administrative employees to ensure that the operation of our hotel's office consistently runs smoothly. On a routine basis, you coordinate the schedule and supervise the workload of your employees during their shifts in order to effectively evaluate their job performance.
In addition, you communicate with other departments to stay informed of important hotel information. You enforce all cash handling, check cashing, and credit policies. At the end of each shift, you check out cashiers and verify all bank deposits. Using your exceptional computer skills, you also operate our computer software, which includes report generation and analysis as well as simple configuration changes.
You strive to maximize revenue and room occupancy by reviewing our daily status, analyzing rate variances, and maintaining a close observation of our daily house count. Always organized, you maintain a comprehensive filing system with documentation of purchases, vouchering, schedules, forecasts, reports, and tracking logs. Hotel Administration - Front Office Manager

Job DescriptionWe’re looking for an enthusiastic hotel front desk manager with 1 year of prior experience to ensure every guest at our hotel has an exceptional stay with us. You will lead operations at the front desk, act as the first point of contact for guests, and cultivate staff members who will go above and beyond our high customer satisfaction standards. Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage the hiring, training, and supervision of all front office staff members, and ensure they’re providing exceptional guest service and uphold hotel policies</li>
<li>Make sure to adhere to the front desk budget and put in orders for office supplies as needed</li>
<li>Communicate with hotel guests face-to-face and over the phone, ensure all their questions are answered satisfactorily, and handle any complaints</li>
<li>Compile occupancy reports and financial information for the general manager</li>
<li>Direct front desk operations and ensure customer service meets our high standards for guest satisfaction</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent certification required (GED)</li>
<li>Prior hospitality experience of 1 year is required for this position</li>
<li>At least 2 years of experience as a front office manager, front desk, or similar position in the hospitality industry or related field </li>
<li>Have superb communication skills, management skills, and multitasking skills</li>
<li>Proficient bookkeeping skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, strongly desired</li>
