This position is funded through the Bay Area Regional Energy Network (BayREN) and will support innovative energy efficiency and building electrification in Alameda County and the greater nine-county Bay Area region. The Program Manager II will serve as the lead of BayREN's Multifamily program. The Bay Area Multifamily Building Enhancements Program (BAMBE) provides technical assistance and rebates to help multifamily buildings make energy efficient upgrades and decarbonize. The program has served more than 650 properties and 50,000 units across the Bay Area since it launched in 2014. The PM II's primary responsibilities will include overseeing the administration and implementation of the BAMBE program, refining the program strategy and goals, coordinating consultant teams, managing contracts and an approximately $9 million annual budget, and representing the BAMBE program in public meetings and events. Job Responsibilities Duties include the following:

<li>Leading the BayREN Multifamily program, including refining the strategy and vision for upgrading multifamily properties in the Bay Area with a focus on equity and affordability. </li>

Office of Development
The current development operation at the APS currently consists of three staff members: the Director, a Director of the Friends program, and a departmental assistant. The Society anticipates adding staff to the department to meet the institution’s needs and would expect the new Director of Development to make staffing recommendations. The department raises between $3-5 million annually from individual and institutional sources for operational, restricted, and capital purposes. The Annual Fund accounts for approximately $1.4 million per year. As part of a general effort to increase philanthropic giving to the Society, as well as part of the campaign, the Society expects to dramatically increase annual giving, as well as develop a more robust planned giving and major gifts program. The new Director will, therefore, be expected to develop new strategies to increase philanthropic engagement of Members, Friends, organizations and other constituents.
The successful candidate must have a demonstrated record of fundraising achievement and staff management.&nbsp; Recent experience in a capital campaign, either at a senior level or as a director, is preferred.&nbsp; The successful candidate should embrace the scholarly spirit that defines the Society and the ideal of a learned society, an organization formed to bring leading thinkers together to share knowledge and one that is largely governed by these members. The Director of Development must be comfortable working closely with preeminent scholars and civic leaders. The successful candidate will report to the CEO and will be a member of the senior management team. Chief Responsibilities

<li>Plan, implement, and execute a successful national capital campaign.&nbsp; This includes frontline fundraising as well as managing the cultivation and solicitation of donors to be conducted by the President, CEO, APS Members and Friends, volunteers, and staff, and liaising with campaign counsel.</li>
<li>Lead a department of two, and its expansion for the campaign to sustain increased giving over the long-term.

<li>Work closely with all APS departments to understand their funding needs and provide support for them, including identifying possible donors or foundation support.</li>
<li>With the support of development and other senior staff, identify, write, and secure grants and pursue other organizational support that provides operational, restricted, and capital support for the Society.</li>

The Research Development Unit (RDU) within the College of Science is focused on accelerating research growth by leveraging college resources to encourage faculty to address grand societal research challenges and target funding opportunities to increase the size and number of competitive research grants in alignment with the Oregon State University’s <a href="https://leadership.oregonstate.edu/strategic-plan" target="_blank">Strategic Plan SP4.0</a>, the college’s diversity action plan, <a href="https://science.oregonstate.edu/diversity-plan" target="_blank">Embedding Equity, Access and Inclusion</a>, and the College of Science’s <a href="https://science.oregonstate.edu/our-college/strategic-plan-2015-to-2020" target="_blank">Strategic Plan.</a> The RDU designs and implements services, using an equity, access and inclusion (EAI) lens to help faculty, staff and student investigators succeed in obtaining and maintaining intramural funding within Oregon State University (OSU), and extramural funding from federal agencies and foundation grants. &nbsp; The Program Coordinator is a member of the Research Development Unit working on complex projects, collaborating with faculty, staff, and researchers across the college and university. SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Community Partnerships, the Museum Director provides leadership and directs policymaking, planning, organization, staffing, and operations. Montclair State University recently made an exciting announcement that it will receive a $5 million transformational gift that it will use to become an educational partner in the creation and operation of a museum and learning center at historic Hinchliffe Stadium in Paterson, New Jersey. The museum is scheduled to open in fall 2023. The Director serves as the spokesperson and chief advocate for the Museum and works closely with the Advisory Board to refine, develop, and implement a progressive program for the Museum’s fundraising, exhibitions, collections management, educational activities, and community outreach. &nbsp;

<ul>Knowledge in the field of environmental education.Prior experience teaching K-12 students in informal or formal settings.Must have the ability to lead groups over rough terrain and be able to work both cooperatively and independently.Demonstrated ability to promote and respect diversity of ethnic, cultural, linguistic backgrounds and, physical and mental disabilities.Ability to use a personal computer and a variety of related software applications.&nbsp; Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.Ability to build and maintain forest trails. Experience with and ability to implement natural areas management, wildlife habitat management, or land management practices in an outdoor setting. Ability to establish and maintain a positive work environment and effective working relationships.Ability to travel statewide as necessary.Initiative, resourcefulness, punctuality, and ability to work independently and with a team are essential.
<li>Ability to work outdoors in adverse conditions for multiple hours at a time.</li>
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.Valid driver’s license.</ul>
&nbsp;PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
<ul>Work will frequently involve exposure to outdoor and indoor conditions. This could involve exposure to unusual elements such as high and low temperatures, rain, snow, dirt, pollen, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, fuel, herbicides, and/or loud noises.Working non-traditional hours on occasion, including evening and weekend hours.
<li>Work will involve exposure to poisonous plants, stinging insects, ticks, snakes, and similar wildlife.</li>
<li>Requires standing, walking, and hiking in cold, hot, wet, and dry conditions in difficult terrain.</li>
No or very limited exposure to physical risk. Frequent travel during work hours and occasionally overnight travel within Kentucky required.</ul>
