The Program/Policy Analyst Sr (Medi-Cal Compliance) will coordinate and maintain CalOptima Health's relationship with regulatory agencies and ensure CalOptima Health and its First Tier, Downstream and Related Entities (FDRs) comply with all appropriate standards, regulations, contractual provisions, federal waivers and laws. Director, Medicare Program Development (Director III)

Oregon Institute of Technology (Oregon Tech) seeks applicants for a full-time, 12 month Academic Affairs Budget Director in the Office of the Provost. The Academic Affairs Budget Director will lead the development of and provide responsibility for fiscal budgeting and planning functions within Academic Affairs as well as advising the Provost. Primary Responsibilities:&nbsp;
Business Office&nbsp;- Responsible for the accurate accounting and budgeting of appropriated and non-appropriated funds to include payroll and student accounts. Human Resources&nbsp;- Responsible for talent acquisition, salary administration, employee training, and appropriate application of&nbsp;&nbsp;HR policies, procedures, and practices. May coordinate on the process of position creation and management. A Cuban immigrant and first-generation college student who grew up in Puerto Rico, Fernández comes to Warren Wilson with more than 30 years of experience in teaching and leadership positions at both private and public institutions.

The Associate Dean is a leadership partner to the Dean. Responsibilities

<li> Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive adoption of Cleerly's solutions within Value Based Care frameworks, targeting payers, ACOs, risk-bearing provider groups, and other healthcare organizations that can further assist Cleerly in achieving its sales goals.</li>
<li> Business Development: Identify and cultivate high-value partnerships with health plans, IDNs, and other risk-based organizations to integrate Cleerly's solutions into their care delivery models.</li>
<li> Revenue Growth: Own and exceed sales targets by building a high-performing pipeline, leading contract negotiations, and securing multi-year agreements with key stakeholders.</li>
<li> Market Intelligence &amp; Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends in VBC, reimbursement models, and regulatory shifts to inform Cleerly's product positioning and strategic direction.</li>
<li> Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Clinical, and Regulatory teams to align Cleerly's offerings with customer needs and evolving market demands.</li>
<li> Customer Advocacy &amp; Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring successful implementation and ROI realization.</li>

Requirements 
<ul>
<li>10+ years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, or strategy, with a strong focus on value-based care, payer engagement, and risk-bearing provider organizations.</li>
<li> Proven track record of closing high-value contracts in VBC, payer, or provider markets, ideally with AI, digital health, or diagnostic solutions.</li>
<li> Deep understanding of alternative payment models (APMs), capitation, bundled payments, shared savings models, and risk-based contracting.</li>
<li>Strong network of relationships with health plans, ACOs &amp; IDNs.</li>
<li>Experience in Fee for Service and Value Based Care Models</li>
<li>Experience working in a high growth medtech company preferably in the Cardiology space, Imaging space or both. </li>
<li>Proficiency with CRM software (i.e. Salesforce)</li>

About the Opportunity
Under the guidance of the Director of Biometrics and Chief Medical Officer, perform intermediate and advanced level statistical analysis and programming for a broad range of medical research projects. Collaborate closely with a cross-functional project team, medical affairs, physicians, regulatory, product development, evidence generation, market access and reimbursement, and the core laboratory with regard to statistical aspects of each project. Demonstrate expertise in determination and implementation of statistical methodology and interpretation of statistical analysis results.

<li>Contribution to analysis of clinical research projects, and/or participation in preparation of academic manuscripts, regulatory submissions, or other written summaries of analysis results. </li>
<li>Experience with development and execution of statistical analysis plans and thorough experience with SAS including data manipulation and procedures for data analysis (proc univariate, means, freq, t-test, genmod, lifetest, proc phreg, logistic).</li>
<li>Experience with statistical analysis of time-to-event data with censoring, multivariate analysis of predictors of time-to-event data, continuous data, and binary outcomes. Experience with ROC/AUC analyses.</li>
<li>Experience with repeated measures data is a plus.</li>
<li>Experience in the diagnostic or therapeutic medical device field strongly preferred. </li>
<li>Solid command of the English language is required.</li>
