<li>Completes statement of work and work breakdown structure for projects and business plans for all lines of business.</li>
<li>Collaborates with other department analysts in the development of program measures of success and outcome reports for programs.</li>
<li>Creates and maintains thorough documentation, including policies and procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), job aids and training materials, following best practices for retention and accessibility.</li>
<li>Provides analytical support and technical expertise on requests for information from management and other staff regarding provider-related issues and trends.</li>
<li>Supports management and leadership by analyzing strategic options and providing data-driven recommendations.</li>
<li>Stays current on the local, state and federal health care environment to identify public policy and market trends that may impact CalOptima Health's provider programs and/or mission. </li>

Regulatory and Contract Compliance Specialist (Contracts Specialist Sr)

Oregon Institute of Technology (Oregon Tech) seeks applicants for a full-time, 12 month Academic Affairs Budget Director in the Office of the Provost. The Academic Affairs Budget Director will lead the development of and provide responsibility for fiscal budgeting and planning functions within Academic Affairs as well as advising the Provost. Responsibilities will include preparation, analysis, review and reporting of Academic Affairs budgets for all funds, preparing complex analysis and providing timely, reliable and accurate data to the Provost to assist in decision-making. Under supervision of the Provost, the Director will advise senior management on fiscal impacts in the Academic Affairs division and will manage academic tracking and forecasting, commitments and expenditures and identify potential improvements of the academic budget administration. The Director will serve as the academic affairs liaison with the University Budget Office and provide budget training and guidance to the colleges and departments. Other responsibilities of this position will include assisting with the&nbsp;ATS&nbsp;system and communicating with departments regarding position budgets. The Director may also supervise Office Managers within the academic units. This position requires integrity and confidentiality as the Director will have access to sensitive data. Additionally, the position requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to make thoughtful, independent decisions for routine and non-routine decision-making. The ability to work independently, manage and prioritize multiple tasks and have strong organizational skills are required.
Qualification Requirements:

<li>Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Management, Public Administration, Business Management, Accounting or other closely related field and relevant experience in budgeting, analysis or production</li>
<li>Proficient user of computer applications and software programs including Excel, Access, Word and Adobe</li>

Business Office&nbsp;- Responsible for the accurate accounting and budgeting of appropriated and non-appropriated funds to include payroll and student accounts. May coordinate on the process of position creation and management. The Position: The Vice President for Finance and Administration/CFO (VPFA) reports directly to the President and is a key member of the President's leadership team. A Cuban immigrant and first-generation college student who grew up in Puerto Rico, Fernández comes to Warren Wilson with more than 30 years of experience in teaching and leadership positions at both private and public institutions.

The Associate Dean will play a crucial role in leadership for the College of Education and Professional Studies (CEPS) in the years ahead. The Associate Dean collaborates with the Dean and CEPS Administrative team on planning and implementing college strategic initiatives. The Associate Dean is a leadership partner to the Dean. With responsibilities across admissions and student services, the person in this Research Scholar appointment will serve as the Assistant Director, participating in the recruitment and selection of the highest caliber graduate students for our post-JD degrees, playing an active role in advising incoming and current students, and develop, implement and assess programs that enhance our LLM students’ experience. You also will propose and implement student communication initiatives—including web, email, guides, and presentations—that integrate steps along the journey from application to graduation.
In Graduate Admissions, the Assistant Director reviews and evaluates domestic and foreign education credentials, and participates as a member of the Admissions Committee. Position Expectations:
This position reports to the Board of Trustees and is responsible for implementation of the strategic plan, financial oversight, policy analysis and advocacy, revenue development, and is the primary spokesperson for the community.&nbsp; The general responsibilities include:

Ensure that the plans and programs are consistent with the overall mission and strategy. &nbsp;Foster a culture of open communication, trust, and support.</li>
<li>Develop long-Range plans, strategies, and programs which support residents and ensure that short and long range financial and operational goals are achieved. </li>
<li>Develop &amp; manage all financial aspects including but not limited to fiscal year operating and capital budgets. Prepare for approval by the Board of Trustees. </li>
<li>Lead the daily operations at Spanish Cove. </li>
<li>Implement the Spanish Cove mission and vision statements and support the Spanish Cove spirit.</li>
<li>Build strong and productive working partnerships that promote the future of older adult health and ability to age gracefully.</li>
<li>Participate in open and frequent communication with residents, executive leadership team, staff, Board of Trustees, prospects and family members.</li>
<li>Oversee philanthropic efforts and support new donor strategies.</li>
<li>Serve as a visible advocate and spokesperson for Spanish Cove within the organization and in the broader community. Be an engaged leader in local, state and national level opportunities which advance the care and well-being of older adults.</li>
