The ideal Fleet Maintenance Clerk will be responsible for auditing invoices, addressing internal customer needs, developing vendor relationship and invoice resolution and analysis.

Who will you be working with?
L&amp;M Radiator, Inc. is a global designer, manufacturer, and distributor or MESABI cooling and heat transfer solutions that are custom-made for heavy equipment in the mining, oil, gas, construction and heavy industrial industries. We are looking for a motivated individual looking to learn and expand their skills and knowledge to join our Warehouse team. This position works directly with many departments throughout the company including but not limited to Shipping and Receiving, Purchasing, Quality, Production, and Production Engineering. Outside of L&amp;M’s team in-house, this position works directly with outside vendors and delivery personnel.
How will you make a difference? 
As a member of the Warehouse Department, you will be responsible for expediting orders to shop and maintaining inventory control. This role supports both office personnel as well as the production floor by receiving, inspecting, and directing materials as they come in while communicating with the necessary parties. This position reports directly to the Warehouse Supervisor.
This shift is Sunday - Thursday 10:00pm to 6:00am. OT is possible depending on production needs. This position offers $1/hr. shift differential pay when clocked into midnight hours.

Shipment Coordination:

Requirements:

Overview
The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for scheduling all incoming freight. This position will reconcile receiving paperwork before submitting it to the front office for data entry.
Primary Responsibilities

<li>Check-in Drivers with a high level of accuracy</li>
<li>Review invoices for returns and accurate coding</li>
<li>Create return sales order into SAP software system</li>
<li>Restock customer returned product</li>
<li>Perform Bin to Bin movement physically and in the system using RF</li>
<li>Assist at customer pick up dock as needed</li>
<li>Create driver manifest</li>
<li>Create billing documents</li>
<li>Responsible for inbound scheduling; create appointments</li>
<li>Participate in inventory count as needed</li>
<li>Attend monthly safety meeting</li>
<li>Understand the safety rules and requirements in the workplace</li>
<li>Ensure warehouse equipment service needs, safety needs and other safety issues are reported promptly</li>
<li>Able to perform tasks with other systems (Bev Scan/ Bev Pro/Roadnet/Mobilecast)</li>
<li>Take online safety courses and other classes as needed</li>
<li>Assist employees with scanner issues/questions</li>
<li>Perform other related duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>1 year of experience</li>
<li>Knowledge with modern warehousing practices and methods</li>
</ul>
