As a Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties:
<ul>
<li>Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts</li>
<li>Help members set and achieve goals through engagement and enthusiasm</li>
<li>Ensure members are using correct form and providing corrections to form as needed</li>
<li>Understand the science behind OTF workouts - heart-rate focused training programs</li>
<li>Know how to use and demonstrate usage for all equipment utilized in every workout</li>
<li>Be a team player</li>

Additionally, you’ll need to meet these requirements:
<ul>
<li>AED/CPR certified</li>
<li>Current fitness certification from ACE, NSCA, ACSM, AFAA, or NASM</li>
<li>Available to go through a 4-day OTFit Certification Audition process and pass a test prior to being hired</li>
<li>Must work a minimum of 8-10 classes per week</li>
