About the Role:

POSITION: 
The Pure Barre Fitness Instructor will lead up to 25 participants through the Pure Barre experience.

Required Qualifications
&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum Education &amp; Knowledge
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required</li>
<li>Before hiring, the applicant must complete and pass our brand’s Coaches Certification Training and evaluation process. Applicant must hold and maintain our brand’s Coaches Certification throughout employment</li>
<li>Preferred certifications (NCAA accredited fitness certifications) ACSM, ACE, AFAA, NASM, NCSF, NESTA, NETA, NSCA, PTAG, CI</li>
<li>Must hold and maintain a current CPR and AED certification&nbsp; </li>
</ul>
Minimum Work Experience
<ul>
<li>1 year of experience leading group workouts or 1:1 personal training required</li>
<li>On-microphone teaching experience preferred &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
&nbsp; Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions
<ul>
<li>Flexible to work day, evening, and weekend hours based on studio needs</li>
<li>Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs safely</li>
<li>While performing the duties of this job, employee is regularly required to use their hands, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk</li>
