The Associate Dean will play a crucial role in leadership for the College of Education and Professional Studies (CEPS) in the years ahead. The Role:
The Associate Dean is a leadership partner to the Dean. Primary responsibilities include supervision, coordination and leadership for all curricular issues, general education, and graduate education; implementation of College of Education and Professional Studies (CEPS) courses, programs and strategic priorities; and policy coordination. Minimum Qualifications Earned doctorate from an accredited institution in a discipline associated with programs represented in the College of Education and Professional Studies. A record of teaching effectiveness, professional leadership, and scholarship sufficient to support tenure in one of the CEPS’s academic departments. Demonstrated successful departmental or college-level administrative, leadership, and budget experience in an institution of higher education. Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of inclusion and equity issues within a residential liberal arts environment Collaborative and forward-thinking leadership style with the ability to cultivate and maintain strategic internal and external partnerships to benefit the success of students, colleagues, and initiatives. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated expertise in analysis, interpretation, and presentation of data. Experience with culturally responsive curriculum development and with assessment of programmatic, general education, and course-level outcomes for accreditation. Position Summary 
At Randall Electrical Contractors, the Project Coordinator supports the management of electrical projects by gathering equipment, resources and information to implement and track current and upcoming projects. Their main duties include maintaining budgets and work schedules, organizing information and ensuring all deadlines for projects are met. 
Essential Functions

Summary/Objective 
This position is the primary contact for client families and is accountable for performing a variety of tasks during funeral and memorialization process to ensure services run smoothly and that the expectations of our client families and their guests are exceeded.
Essential Functions
<ul>
<li>Meets with client families to listen and assist in arrangements personalized memorial services, under direct supervision of a licensed funeral director.</li>
<li>Understands and implements Company provided training to ensure all client families recognize service and merchandise options.</li>
<li>Conducts and attends services and visitations on a regular basis.</li>
<li>Utilizes systems to review merchandise options, enter contracts, and complete necessary forms, without supervision or assistance.</li>
<li>Oversees all employees participating in services, ensuring that each member of the team understands their individual role and is professionally representing the location.</li>
<li>Under direction of licensed Funeral Director and/or Embalmer, participates in preparation of the deceased (dressing, applying makeup and casketing).</li>
<li>Assists with placing caskets or remains in visitation area, setting up room to comply with client family wishes, including adjusting light fixtures and arrangement of flowers or plants.</li>
<li>Directs and ushers families and services attendees to and from the location of the funeral service.</li>
<li>Coordinates all service arrangements and details with clergy, other presiding persons, fraternal or military organizations, and others who may participate in conducting the funeral service.</li>
<li>Supervises and assists in the transportation of client family to ensure a timely departure and arrival.</li>
<li>Arranges and coordinates shipment of deceased to and from other cities and locations.</li>
<li>Contributes to the overall efficiency of the location by maintaining open and effective communication and maintaining accurate and timely client files.</li>
<li>Acts to improve market share through participation in community events, groups and/or organizations.</li>
<li>Receives input and guidance from Funeral Director on services and paperwork.</li>
<li>Ensures proper paperwork, including permits and certificates, are timely in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.</li>
<li>Answers questions and assist with serving the needs of the client families.</li>
<li>Works on-call /first-call, as needed.</li>
<li>Identifies and remedies all hazards on grounds.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Licensure
<ul>
<li>Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience preferred.</li>
<li>Attendance or enrollment in Funeral Director/Mortuary School preferred.</li>
<li>At least 1-year experience in funeral arranging.</li>
<li>Valid state issued driver’s license in good standing and acceptable driving record.</li>

<li>Able to read, write and speak English fluently. Bilingual is a plus.</li>

<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) preferred</li>

<li>Outdoor duties may require exposure to natural elements such as inclement weather, extreme temperatures, uneven ground, dust, gas, and/or fumes.</li>
<li>Equipment used to perform the essential function of this position includes, but is not limited to; computer, fax, copier, multi-line phone system, AV system, body lift, casket handling/transport devices, personal or company owned vehicle.</li>
<li>Employees in this role are regularly required to climb, sit, stand, bend, kneel, and frequently lift to 75 pounds and may be required to lift to 100 pounds.</li>
<li>This position may also require power reaching, pushing, and pulling.</li>
<li>This position may also be exposed to chemicals and/ or blood borne pathogens. Exposure risk is considered: Low </li>
<li>Overtime is sometimes necessary or required.</li>

Travel
<ul>
<li>This position may require up to 10 percent out of area and overnight travel.</li>
<li>Travel is primarily local occurring during the business day only.</li>
</ul>
