Director, Medicare Program Development (Director III) CalOptima CalOptima Health is seeking a highly motivated Director, Medicare Program Development (Director III) to join our team. The Director III (Medicare Program Development) will be responsible for leadership, plan management and operations of CalOptima Health's Medicare lines of business, including the Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) health plan operations. The incumbent will provide direction to CalOptima Health's departments to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies such as the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC). <li>Directs and leads all business operations associated with the Medicare lines of business operations and supports certain PACE health plan operations, including coordination with and oversight of delegated health networks, contracted providers and contracted vendors.</li>
<li>Directly leads Medicare Programs outreach and retention function including developing strategies designed to expand community outreach and retention of current OneCare members.</li>
<li>Reviews and monitors Medicare programs and PACE program financial performance, provides recommendations and develops action plans.</li>
<li>Develops and monitors strategies and tactics for business development, new member enrollment and member retention in Medicare and PACE programs.</li>
<li>Supports Medicare annual bid submissions, including project management, supplemental benefit development and coordination with external actuary firm(s) and internal departments to complete and submit bids on time for Medicare and PACE programs.</li>
<li>Oversees the development of strategic plans, work plans and other initiatives for the OneCare and PACE program health plan operations.</li>
<li>Collaborates with Finance and other departments to improve activities for Medicare Risk Adjustment Factor (RAF) improvement activities for applicable programs.</li>
<li>Collaborates with internal departments in the implementation and oversight of community and member outreach activities designed to maximize visibility of Medicare programs including OneCare and PACE.</li>

 Minimum Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field PLUS 7 years of experience in a management position of a health insurance plan, Independent Physician Association (IPA), managed care organization or public agency serving Medicare and Medicaid (Medi-Cal) populations required; an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the position such as those listed above may also be qualifying. </li>
<li>7 years of progressive leadership experience, including direct supervision of staff required.</li>

The Associate Dean will play a crucial role in leadership for the College of Education and Professional Studies (CEPS) in the years ahead. The Associate Dean collaborates with the Dean and CEPS Administrative team on planning and implementing college strategic initiatives. This includes supporting CEPS administrative leaders in equity-focused program assessment and accreditation, culturally responsive curriculum and program development, cultivation of business and community partnerships, and strategic management of course offerings and scheduling for the college. The Role:
The Associate Dean is a leadership partner to the Dean. Primary responsibilities include supervision, coordination and leadership for all curricular issues, general education, and graduate education; implementation of College of Education and Professional Studies (CEPS) courses, programs and strategic priorities; and policy coordination. The Associate Dean also serves on a variety of college and university committees and acts in the Dean's absence.&nbsp;

Minimum Qualifications Earned doctorate from an accredited institution in a discipline associated with programs represented in the College of Education and Professional Studies. A record of teaching effectiveness, professional leadership, and scholarship sufficient to support tenure in one of the CEPS’s academic departments. Demonstrated successful departmental or college-level administrative, leadership, and budget experience in an institution of higher education. Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of inclusion and equity issues within a residential liberal arts environment Collaborative and forward-thinking leadership style with the ability to cultivate and maintain strategic internal and external partnerships to benefit the success of students, colleagues, and initiatives. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated expertise in analysis, interpretation, and presentation of data. Experience with culturally responsive curriculum development and with assessment of programmatic, general education, and course-level outcomes for accreditation. Position Summary:
The Admissions Representative supports recruiting and admissions management for the Goodwill Career and Technical Academy's (GCTA) healthcare, skilled trades and technical programs. This position will support the GCTA in meeting enrollment and educational goals in line with the Eligible Training Provider System and Goodwill Central Texas standards. 
The Admissions Representative is responsible for recruiting, screening and approving potential students; and tracking and maintaining student information and enrollment documentation.
