Schedule:

<li>Normal Work Schedule: 5 days a week, 9 hours a day including 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks. Evening and 3rd shift may be required depending on assignment</li>

Responsibilities:

<li>Moves prepped cartons (one at a time) to scanner positions.</li>
<li>Loads sheets into one of various types of scanners for processing and returns sheets to the box in the same order as received.</li>

PATIENT POPULATION: The patient population served can be all patients including geriatric, adult, adolescent, pediatric, and newborn. This also includes services which affect facility staff, physicians, visitors, vendors and the general public. POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Director of Health Information Management (HIM), the HIM Document Imaging Specialist will complete the scanning process into the Enterprise Medical Record (EMR), enter deficiencies into the Medical Record Deficiency System and analyze the Medical Record for completeness. Must be able to work normal/scheduled working hours to include Holidays, call-backs, weeknights, weekends, and on-call. Agrees to participate, as directed, in emergencies and community disasters during scheduled and unscheduled hours. Reports To: The Field Support Specialist (On Call), will report to the Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, Human Resources, or equivalent leadership. 
Job Overview:
The Field Support Specialist (On Call) will be assigned to provide backfill coverage within their assigned region, filling in for staff that will be on scheduled and unscheduled time off. This position requires flexibility as there will be multiple locations the FSS could be assigned to. This assignment could also be same day assignments based on unscheduled call outs needing immediate support. This position is recognized as a critical role for customer satisfaction, continuity of business, and meeting our service level agreements. The goal for this role is to ensure customers are supported with continuous coverage in conformance of our service level agreements.
The FSS Representative provides exceptional overall office services experience, delivering operational functions in the following service lines: shipping &amp; receiving, print &amp; binding, facilities, hospitality, concierge, reception, data entry, document scanning, inventory/supplies management, and other processes which may be tailored to specific sites within the scope of our core business lines and service level agreements. Training will be facilitated at SPS sites within that region to establish FSS familiarity with the other SPS sites.

What would you do?
As the primary point of contact for IT-related support, you will handle urgent issues such as login problems and other technical inquiries. You will provide first-line desktop support to all end users, ensuring seamless operation of workstations and peripheral devices, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. Additionally, you'll be responsible for setting up new user accounts, managing permissions, and handling offboarding processes. Documenting technical issues, solutions, and system configurations will be a key part of your role. You'll troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of hardware and software issues related to virtual desktops, Zero and Thin clients, physical desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment. For more complex technical challenges, you will escalate to other IT staff as needed. A Day in the Life
The IT Technician 1 is responsible for providing first-line functional and technical support to end-users through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and desk-side.
