Job Description The Construction Document Analyst plays a critical role in managing and maintaining project documentation systems and workflows within the construction project lifecycle. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, organization, version control, and timely distribution of construction-related documents across internal teams and external stakeholders. Operating with a high degree of independence, the Construction Document Analyst collaborates closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and field personnel to maintain compliance with company standards and project-specific requirements. This role also contributes to process improvements, supports automation initiatives, and ensures proper documentation practices throughout each project phase-from preconstruction through closeout. Organizational Responsibilities

<li>Ensure documents are reviewed, approved, and distributed in accordance with established workflows, deadlines, and contract terms.</li>
<li>Apply document naming conventions, version control protocols, and metadata standards to ensure traceability and consistency.</li>
<li>Utilize and maintain document control platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Procore, Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud) to ensure accurate, timely document storage and access.</li>
<li>Monitor document workflows, address issues with routing or approvals, and provide first-line support to team members.</li>
<li>Assist with the configuration of folder structures, permissions, and templates for project setup.</li>
<li>Perform routine quality checks to ensure files are accurate, complete, and compliant with internal procedures and project-specific documentation standards.</li>

Position Qualifications

<li>Proficiency with the following software preferred:</li>
