Primary Responsibilities:

Compensation:
The compensation package for this role includes a starting salary (base) range of $56,000 - $105,500 per year plus eligibility for uncapped variable compensation. The anticipated total earnings are $106,000 - $180,500 at target levels of performance against commercial goals in a full and typical fiscal year, with lucrative uncapped earning potential to reward overperformance. Actual salary and on-target earnings vary due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. Non-Essential Duties:

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

<li>In-depth knowledge of OSP fiber construction practices, including aerial, underground (bore/trench), and splicing techniques.</li>
<li>Familiarity with local permitting processes, right-of-way (ROW) regulations, and utility coordination.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of engineering drawings, fiber routing, and as-built documentation.</li>
<li>Proficiency in construction management platforms (e.g., Procore, Sitetracker) and Microsoft Office Suite.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.</li>
<li>Strong leadership and organizational abilities; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of GIS and field data collection tools is a plus.</li>
</ul>

<li>Ability to safely drive to multiple job sites across the Charlottesville area and surrounding counties.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
<ul>
<li>OSHA 10/30 Certification.</li>
<li>PMP Certification or formal project management training.</li>
<li>Experience with fiber splicing and testing (OTDR, power meter).</li>
<li>Knowledge of CAD or fiber mapping software.</li>
