 Minimum Qualifications:

<li>5 years of experience in Provider Contract Modeling, Provider Rate Analysis and/or Managed Care Contracting in a health care setting required. </li>

The Wilkinson Public Library (San Miguel County Public Library District #1) is located in spectacular southwestern Colorado, known for its stunning scenic beauty and a rich, colorful history. The Library District comprises the east end of San Miguel County. From the dramatic San Juan Mountains and Telluride’s world-class skiing in the east to the mesas, farms, and high-desert ranches to the west, San Miguel County (pop. 8,082, 1289 sq. mi.) is geographically and socioeconomically diverse, a state and national treasure. A five-member board of trustees, each appointed by the San Miguel County Commissioners oversees the library district.
Currently, the District has a strong financial position. The 2025 budget anticipates $4.48M in general fund expenditures, supporting 23.35 FTE, and capital expenditures of $1.76M. Projected yearend (2025) fund balances are GF $1.2M and Capital $1.8M. The Colorado State Library ranks the WPL first in the state for per capita library visits and circulation, and third in the state for per capita program attendance.
This career opportunity is available with the scheduled retirement (late-March, 2025) of the library director, who has served as director for nearly 11 years. The library director reports to the board of trustees and oversees a management team, comprised of the managers of the library’s four key divisions: business office, operations, youth services, and public services.
A four-year degree in a relevant field of study; at least five years of progressively responsible experience in library administration; knowledge of library best practices, trends, issues, and industry software and databases; or any equivalent combination of education and experience are all required. A master’s degree in library science or library information science from an ALA- accredited school or program, or in a related field is also required. Desired qualifications include advanced training in management, public or business administration, and human resources, and the ability to speak Spanish. The hiring range for this position is $117,709 to $147,136 DOQE. Job purpose
The Senior Development Associate is responsible for alladministrative aspects of development and donor cultivationactivities. This position is a critical role that supports AFJ’sleadership and development team in fundraising, donor cultivation,and administration aligned with its mission and strategic plan.
Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Maintain EveryAction database records ensuring accurate and upto date information including gift entry, notes, contacts, andfollow ups.</li>
<li>Communicate with the Finance Department to receive requiredreports, wire transfers, check scans, and stock gifts and toreconcile monthly gift data with accounting.</li>
<li>Open and process mail and checks, coordinating with Operationsand Finance to ensure timely deposits and reporting.</li>

<li>Support the Foundations Relations Director with back-up supportfor data entry and tracking of grant payments.</li>

The administrative assistant delivers support services to selected San José State University students. <li>Prepares quarterly budget reports and projected budget reports for the program director to monitor spending and the effective use of funds.</li>
<li>Assists the director in managing the program budgets and ensuring compliance with TRiO legislation and regulations as stated by the Department of Education.</li>
<li>Assists the director to ensure compliance in accordance with the grant contract with the U.S. Department of Education and SJSU Research Foundation policies and procedures.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Onboarding student staff and monitoring their daily tasks.</li>

<li>Coordinates office workflow and maintenance of files and records between ASPIRE and the McNair Scholars Programs.</li>
