The George Washington University Law Library seeks a qualified librarian for its Head of Legal Technology &amp; Instructional Services position to begin as early as September 15, 2023. As a member of the library’s dynamic, collaborative Instructional Technology Services team, the librarian in this position has primary oversight for the Office of Legal Technology &amp; Instructional Services. This position leads the development and delivery of services supporting the integration of library resources into the curriculum, the curation and use of the library’s growing electronic resources collection, the use of scholarly communication technologies and services, and the undertaking of digital initiatives. As the subject specialist for legal pedagogy and technology competency, this position works to improve student success by embedding the library in online teaching and learning spaces, integrating librarians into the face-to-face curriculum, and supporting faculty adoption of technologies to achieve learning outcomes.
The Law Library supports the curricular and teaching requirements of the Law School, the research and publication needs of the law faculty, and the study and research needs of the law students; and provides to the scholarly community at large access to a research collection of material about the law and its history. This position is assigned to the Stepping Stones site and monitors site safety and youth services. The Resident Coordinator is responsible for general oversight of the property, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance. Additionally, the Resident Coordinator builds rapport with youth, provides advocacy, coordinates activities/workshops/events, and provides crisis intervention and conflict management. The resident coordinator works closely with their team and other SPY programs to provide the best services to our youth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the various factors that contribute to youth experiencing homelessness. Specific knowledge or experience related to youth pregnancy and parenting is ideal.

Job Summary:
The Intake Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of Intake Coordinators, ensuring efficient and effective intake processes for members in a community support setting. The role involves conducting comprehensive member intakes and assessments, collaborating with external referral resources, and coordinating activities of the Intake Coordinators. The Intake Supervisor works closely with staff to develop action plans for members, reviews partner portals for authorizations, and maintains accurate records in company platforms. Additionally, the role includes policy development and compliance adherence.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

<li>Oversees a team of Intake Coordinators at various sites throughout the state.</li>
<li>Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.</li>

Duties/Responsibilities:

<li>Conducts and creates comprehensive member intakes and assessments, ensuring a thorough understanding of individual needs and challenges.</li>
<li>Acts as liaison with external referral resources and programs to create and maintain systems of member intakes.</li>
<li>Manages the intake team's time cards in designated platform, as well as corrective action pertaining to attendance.</li>
<li>Create and provide oversight for Intake Coordinator activities.</li>
