Job purpose
The Senior Development Associate is responsible for alladministrative aspects of development and donor cultivationactivities. This position is a critical role that supports AFJ’sleadership and development team in fundraising, donor cultivation,and administration aligned with its mission and strategic plan.
Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Maintain EveryAction database records ensuring accurate and upto date information including gift entry, notes, contacts, andfollow ups.</li>
<li>Communicate with the Finance Department to receive requiredreports, wire transfers, check scans, and stock gifts and toreconcile monthly gift data with accounting.</li>
<li>Open and process mail and checks, coordinating with Operationsand Finance to ensure timely deposits and reporting.</li>
<li>Generate, print, mail, and track timely and accurateacknowledgement letters for donations.</li>
<li>Support the Foundations Relations Director with back-up supportfor data entry and tracking of grant payments.</li>
<li>Pull reports on donor data from EveryAction database.</li>
<li>Create and distribute weekly and monthly income reports.</li>
<li>Assist with planning and execution of donor outreach eventsthroughout the year.</li>
<li>Proofread and light editing of print and digitalmaterials.</li>
<li>Maintain and update as needed ClickUp project managementsoftware.</li>
<li>Maintain executive schedule and travel arrangements asneeded.</li>
<li>Print and mail in house direct mail pieces throughout theyear.</li>

Qualifications

Compensation

The George Washington University Law Library seeks a qualified librarian for its Head of Legal Technology &amp; Instructional Services position to begin as early as September 15, 2023. As a member of the library’s dynamic, collaborative Instructional Technology Services team, the librarian in this position has primary oversight for the Office of Legal Technology &amp; Instructional Services. This position leads the development and delivery of services supporting the integration of library resources into the curriculum, the curation and use of the library’s growing electronic resources collection, the use of scholarly communication technologies and services, and the undertaking of digital initiatives. ACTIVELY HIRING FOR ENTRY LEVEL - Data Entry Specialist
Description
<ul>
<li>To manage critical mortgage loan documents while also ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity. Adhere to safeguarding of information; retrieval of data/documents effectively; company and investor document lifecycle procedures; company and investor records retention regulations and requirements; and compliance with federal, state and company regulations. Work under direct supervision. Process lien releases and paid in full mortgage loans. Participates in basic research/review with narrow scope.</li>
<li>Monitor and respond to various queues/queries via email and/or phone. Format reports for document release requests for efficient retrieval. Update database for outgoing documents. Reroute requests to appropriate business unit when necessary</li>
<li>Resolve escalated member issues and problems such as a third party requesting a copy of a paid in full mortgage loan documentation requiring validation it was recorded by the county and verifying the member provided permission for the release - Basic research/review</li>

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.
