 You will be responsible for conducting ongoing data quality auditing of CalOptima Health's provider network data, which includes working with internal departments and health networks to remediate data errors. You will perform within the Provider Data Operations department to ensure that regulatory and internal guidelines are being followed in conjunction with CalOptima Health's policies and procedures. You will provide analytical and administrative support specific to the Provider Data Operations department. You will be responsible for auditing CalOptima Health's provider data, which involves specialized background or knowledge regarding contract setup, provider data requirements, directories requirements and claims processing. You will often work independently and duties include research, analysis, documentation and reporting responsibilities. Together, we are building a stronger, more equitable health system. <li>Works with health networks, providers and internal departments to obtain audit information and presents findings and recommendations as appropriate.</li>
<li>Audits processes and activities to ensure accuracy and compliance for programs, including the provider directories, onboarding and term processes, health network data for network certification and adequacy and the 274 file.</li>
<li>Works with vendors and leverages internal and external tools to audit and improve provider data accuracy and integrity.</li>
<li>Reviews and break downs regulatory requirements to identify data impact for audit process updates and implementation.</li>
<li>Assists with implementing and monitoring Corrective Action Plans for regulatory compliance and/or operational compliance.</li>
<li>Maintains a well-documented audit trail.</li>
<li>Maintains ongoing reporting formats for use in data auditing and conducts independent analysis of audit results.</li>
<li>Maintains ongoing knowledge of provider data requirements and set up within the organization's provider management systems.</li>

Job purpose
The Senior Development Associate is responsible for alladministrative aspects of development and donor cultivationactivities. This position is a critical role that supports AFJ’sleadership and development team in fundraising, donor cultivation,and administration aligned with its mission and strategic plan.
Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Maintain EveryAction database records ensuring accurate and upto date information including gift entry, notes, contacts, andfollow ups.</li>
<li>Communicate with the Finance Department to receive requiredreports, wire transfers, check scans, and stock gifts and toreconcile monthly gift data with accounting.</li>
<li>Open and process mail and checks, coordinating with Operationsand Finance to ensure timely deposits and reporting.</li>
<li>Generate, print, mail, and track timely and accurateacknowledgement letters for donations.</li>
<li>Support the Foundations Relations Director with back-up supportfor data entry and tracking of grant payments.</li>
<li>Pull reports on donor data from EveryAction database.</li>
<li>Create and distribute weekly and monthly income reports.</li>
<li>Assist with planning and execution of donor outreach eventsthroughout the year.</li>
<li>Proofread and light editing of print and digitalmaterials.</li>
<li>Maintain and update as needed ClickUp project managementsoftware.</li>

Qualifications

The Associate Dean will play a crucial role in leadership for the College of Education and Professional Studies (CEPS) in the years ahead. The Associate Dean collaborates with the Dean and CEPS Administrative team on planning and implementing college strategic initiatives. This includes supporting CEPS administrative leaders in equity-focused program assessment and accreditation, culturally responsive curriculum and program development, cultivation of business and community partnerships, and strategic management of course offerings and scheduling for the college. The Associate Dean also has an important role in facilitating the implementation of policies and procedures related to the college and the university. This position oversees the CEPS Director of Advising and the Outreach and Recruitment Coordinator and reports to the Dean of CEPS.&nbsp;All employees are expected to facilitate CWU’s commitment to diversity and to foster and advance inclusion in the university environment.

The Role:
The Associate Dean is a leadership partner to the Dean. Primary responsibilities include supervision, coordination and leadership for all curricular issues, general education, and graduate education; implementation of College of Education and Professional Studies (CEPS) courses, programs and strategic priorities; and policy coordination. The Associate Dean also serves on a variety of college and university committees and acts in the Dean's absence.&nbsp;
Job Duties Support for the Dean: -&nbsp;Collaborate with the Dean on planning college strategic initiatives, participate in college fundraising, and coordinate implementation of CEPS strategic priorities. -&nbsp;Provide CEPS administrative leaders support in areas of culturally responsive curriculum development, equity-focused institutional assessment and improvement, human resource management, faculty/staff development and performance evaluations, and budget and finance. -&nbsp;Support the Dean in decision-making, information gathering, report draft preparation, meeting attendance, and follow-through on matters assigned to the chairs and interdisciplinary program directors. -&nbsp;Collaborate with the other Associate Deans. -&nbsp;Collaborate to ensure program quality and effectiveness and to promote student learning, student satisfaction, and student retention in all student populations. -&nbsp;Attend Associate Deans and Academic Affairs meetings. -&nbsp;Act in the Dean’s absence.
Academic Programs and Curricular Management: -&nbsp;Provide strategic management of general education, graduate education, and major program and course offerings, as well as new program development. -&nbsp;Assist with CurricuLog approval changes. -&nbsp;Review and approve course schedules. -&nbsp;Attend Faculty Senate Curriculum Committee meetings. -&nbsp;Support collaboration across units with graduate education and research, including grant proposals. -&nbsp;Provide consultations and advocacy for student concerns.
Communications/Community/College: -&nbsp;Work closely with the Dean, the Director of Development, and the Alumni Relations Coordinator to assist in program development activities and newsletter articles. - Encourage and support business, industry, and community partnerships. -&nbsp;Assist with media relations pertaining to CEPS programs. -&nbsp;Interact with faculty, administrators, staff, students, alumni, other University constituencies, and outside agencies.
Policy Coordination and Committee Membership: -&nbsp;Represent the college on committees as assigned. -&nbsp;Work with the Dean to maintain policies and procedures related to the college and the university. -&nbsp;Approve grade changes, incompletes, independent studies, and internships consistent with university and program policies.
Supervision: -&nbsp;Oversee the supervision of the Director of Advising and the Outreach and Recruitment Coordinator. -&nbsp;Clearly define performance expectations, ensure accountability, and provide ongoing informal feedback, coaching, and mentoring. Conduct formal performance evaluations. -&nbsp;Recognize value of and promote diverse workforce. Value and encourage diverse perspectives, creativity, and teamwork -&nbsp;Ensure employees have necessary resources. -&nbsp;Oversee and direct the work of staff; serve as mentor, coach, and leader, and resolve complaints or issues. -&nbsp;Promote professional development opportunities. -&nbsp;Develop and foster supportive working relationships, motivation, and engagement. -&nbsp;Communicate information to staff on an ongoing basis to influence staff engagement and to be a part of a larger community. -&nbsp;Take corrective action in a timely manner. -&nbsp;Recognize and reward employees for good performance -&nbsp;Schedule employee work hours/shifts; monitor hours worked; approve payable time and absence requests. - Adjust leadership style as needed to achieve results.

Minimum Qualifications Earned doctorate from an accredited institution in a discipline associated with programs represented in the College of Education and Professional Studies. A record of teaching effectiveness, professional leadership, and scholarship sufficient to support tenure in one of the CEPS’s academic departments. Demonstrated successful departmental or college-level administrative, leadership, and budget experience in an institution of higher education. Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of inclusion and equity issues within a residential liberal arts environment Collaborative and forward-thinking leadership style with the ability to cultivate and maintain strategic internal and external partnerships to benefit the success of students, colleagues, and initiatives. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated expertise in analysis, interpretation, and presentation of data. Experience with culturally responsive curriculum development and with assessment of programmatic, general education, and course-level outcomes for accreditation. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams. Excellent relationship building skills and initiative and enjoy working with minimal supervision in a dynamic, collaborative academic atmosphere. Demonstrated ability and/or experience working with students and/or co-workers from a wide range of abilities, backgrounds, and experiences. A record of teaching effectiveness, professional leadership, and scholarship sufficient to support appointment as a full professor in one of the CEPS’s academic departments.
