Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

	Create and articulate a compelling programming vision that expands the agency’s reach within the St. Louis Jewish and broader community, including the development of innovative community programming and strategic partnerships with other agencies.</li>

Qualifications
Education &amp; Experience

<li>Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MBA, MPA, MSW, or related) preferred. 10+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in nonprofit, educational, community service, or for profit organizations. Proven track record of developing for profit or mission-driven programs.</li>
<li>Expertise with program design, project management and project implementation.&nbsp; Contract negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple processes, programs and projects.</li>
<li>Relevant computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.</li>
<li>Proficiency in evaluation tools, performance metrics, and data-driven management.</li>
<li>Prefer experience in board and lay committee interface.</li>

(ASI) has oversight of the financial, risk management and information technology operations of the organization. Responsibilities: Strategy and Financial Leadership:

Fundraising and Endowment:

<li>Oversee endowment investments as prescribed by the Investment Committee of the Board and advise the President and key stakeholders, including administration, on strategic use of endowment funds.</li>

A Cuban immigrant and first-generation college student who grew up in Puerto Rico, Fernández comes to Warren Wilson with more than 30 years of experience in teaching and leadership positions at both private and public institutions.

As a member of the library’s dynamic, collaborative Instructional Technology Services team, the librarian in this position has primary oversight for the Office of Legal Technology &amp; Instructional Services. This position leads the development and delivery of services supporting the integration of library resources into the curriculum, the curation and use of the library’s growing electronic resources collection, the use of scholarly communication technologies and services, and the undertaking of digital initiatives.
