Corporate Account Manager (Hybrid)

I. I. General Summary Responsible for overall control of safety and health for all plant aspects including, but not limited to, OSHA and state related safety compliance, team member health and wellness, and workers' compensation. Coordinates the planning, organizing, scheduling and implementation of safety policies, programs, and procedures within plant including a safety audit/inspection system. Monitors site condition, practices, and procedures for compliance with health and safety requirements. Selects and implements corrective action and follow-up to ensure proper action has been taken. II. Essential Job Functions: A. Assist management in appropriate loss control and accident prevention measures to comply with TBA and plant mission and objectives. B. Ensure plant compliance with current OSHA and other federal, state, and local agency laws and regulations as they pertain to safety and environmental issues. 1. Act as plant liaison with governmental agencies and serves as the plant representative in case of injuries, inspections, etc. to correct deficiencies and minimize impact on the plant. 2. Instructional Services

Minimum Qualifications:

Assistant Director for Resource Management Services

Under the general direction of the Executive Director, the Director of Finance at Associated Students, Inc. (ASI) has oversight of the financial, risk management and information technology operations of the organization. In collaboration with the Executive Director, the Director of Finance is delegated a high degree of responsibility to recommend and implement fiscal policies and procedures in partnership with university colleagues to ensure that ASI operates appropriately within the financial policies of the California State University (CSU) Board of Trustees and the University, while sustaining sound business practices, and strengthening the financial health of ASI.
The Director of Finance will sit as a non-voting member and serve as an advisor to the ASI Student Board of Directors, which doubles as the Sacramento State Student Government. &nbsp;&nbsp;
The ASI Director of Finance serves as ASI administrator in charge in the absence of the Executive Director.&nbsp;
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Accounting

<li>Oversees the supervision and management of all aspects of the functional areas of the Accounting Services department, including but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, cashiering, fixed asset management, internal controls, policy development and implementation, legal, and audit compliance as well as maintenance of the general ledger.</li>

Director of Finance

Working within a team, the Electronic Resources Librarian is responsible for the acquisition, receipt, maintenance, and renewal of electronic resources for the library. The Electronic Resources Librarian resolves electronic access problems, performs regular cleanup of data, and maintains records related to the library’s e-resources. Reporting to the Senior Electronic Resources Librarian, the Electronic Resources Librarian routinely interacts with cataloging staff, collection development staff, vendors, and publishers. The Electronic Resources Librarian assists with other projects within the Technical Services Division as needed.

<li>Establishes and maintains regular communication channels with vendors/publishers</li>
<li>Identifies and works with vendors to establish services and resolve problems</li>
<li>Serves as problem resolution resource for orders, claims, database and electronic journal access; may involve direct contact with users in order to understand and resolve problems</li>
<li>Utilizes local and web-based online systems, manual records, etc., and works closely with IT staff and acquisitions librarians to identify and resolve complex order problems</li>
<li>Communicates to obtain information needed to resolve complex problems with access to electronic resources as identified by staff within the library</li>
<li>Plans and implements special projects</li>
<li>Responsible for managing the library’s electronic products</li>
<li>Manages the EZProxy configuration files</li>
<li>Has primary responsibility for updates to our OpenURL link resolver and updates to local listings&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Preferences
<ul>
<li>1 year related experience in managing electronic resources in an academic setting</li>
<li>Experience with the Alma library platform</li>
<li>Experience with EZProxy</li>
<li>Knowledge of metadata/MARC records</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>
