Position Summary
The EHR Support Analyst (ESA) reports to the Epic Program Director and through extensive collaboration with various stakeholders in multiple clinical departments, will have a crucial role in the transition from NextGen to Epic, a new electronic medical/health record (EHR) system to be used by over 800 users at WellSpace Health. This role will work as a liaison between OCHIN and WellSpace Health. The ESA will connect system functionality to WellSpace Health’s operational needs and success metrics.
Required Qualifications

<li>Serve as a key member of the implementation team, including handling the project’s overall success, monitoring deliverables, and meeting requirements and deadlines for the roll of Epic to all clinical staff on time.</li>

Under the direction of the Lead Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who is supported by the Clinic Director, the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) shall provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children with autism and related developmental disabilities in the home, clinic, community, and school settings. The RBT will collect data on programs, assist with parent training, and assist the Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) with clinical assessments of children as needed. This role shall work in collaboration with a program supervisor, board-certified behavior analysts, and speech therapists.
