Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contract Administrator to join our growing team. This role is critical to the success of our landscape maintenance, construction, and snow removal operations, ensuring that all client, subcontractor, and vendor contracts are accurately prepared, tracked, and maintained. Key Responsibilities:

<li>Prepare, review, and manage service agreements and construction contracts for landscape maintenance, installation, and snow removal projects.</li>
<li>Track contract milestones, renewal dates, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation.</li>
<li>Work closely with sales, project managers, and accounting to ensure contract terms align with pricing, scopes of work, and timelines.</li>
<li>Ensure all subcontractors meet insurance and licensing requirements prior to project mobilization.</li>
<li>Maintain organized and up-to-date digital and physical contract records.</li>
<li>Monitor contract performance and follow up on incomplete documentation or missing signatures.</li>

We are looking for a new Contract Specialist to join our growing global team at Sectigo. We are looking for an experienced Contract Specialist to join our team. The Contract Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution and compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of contract law, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. This is a full-time and in-office position, working 5 days a week from our Cary, North Carolina office. Here are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role:&nbsp;

<li>Assist with administration of the organization’s contract management system, collaborate internally to establish workflows, review contracts for accuracy prior to execution and initiate contract execution via DocuSign.</li>
<li>Responsible for vetting initial contract intake from internal and external sources.</li>
<li>Review contracts to ensure necessary information is captured and required signatures included.</li>
<li>Review, revise, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including Nondisclosure Agreements (NDAs), Statements of Work, and amendments to Master Services Agreement, in accordance with Sectigo policy.</li>
<li>Address contracting questions and issues internally.</li>
<li>Track amendments to standard agreements.</li>
<li>Implement, coordinate, and assist with various contracting assignments, while contributing to the development and implementation of efficiencies to alleviate bottlenecks in the contracting process.</li>
<li>Prepare amendments, addenda, and contract extension documents.</li>
<li>Process requests for termination of contracts and prepare termination letters.</li>
<li>Responding to vendor diligence requests (security questionnaires, etc.).</li>
