THE OPPORTUNITY: Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Program Officer (CPO) is responsible for the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the organization, with a strong emphasis on the implementation and management of the organization's strategic plan and integration of Clinical and Operational functional areas. Mobilize and guide change teams to implement projects effectively, ensuring objectives are met and organizational readiness is achieved. • Implement a regular site visit schedule with the goal of maintaining an in-person presence at program locations 2-3 days per week. Fiscal Management • Ensure programs operate within budget parameters by managing resources effectively and in alignment with contract requirements and organizational financial guidelines, in close collaboration with the CFO. • Maintain oversight of agency financial operations, monitoring agency credit cards, and managing bank accounts in partnership with the CEO and CFO. Clinical Strategy &amp; Practice • Provide strategic leadership in clinical programming, long-term planning, and policy development to ensure services are evidence-based, culturally responsive, and medically necessary. • Ensure all clinical and programmatic services align with best practices, organizational guidelines, regulatory standards, CARF standards and ASAM Level of Care principles, with treatment intensities matching client needs across service levels. • Lead the development and maintenance of sound clinical practices, policies, and procedures, including quality assurance frameworks and clinical supervision for registered, certified, and/or licensed staff. • Establish and oversee fidelity monitoring systems throughout the organization by leveraging clinical extenders to ensure consistency and adherence to evidence-based practices. • Analyze and apply client outcomes and patient experience data in collaboration with the CCO to improve service effectiveness and inform strategic planning. Position Overview
The Director, Client Services will provide high level leadership for the service delivery of our payroll, HR and time and attendance solutions for our service center. The Director will be tasked to drive the Service delivery strategy and its execution and be accountable for performance, retention and customer satisfaction while reviewing expansion opportunities to ensure scalability and business continuity. The Director, Client Services will share leadership responsibilities for our client center with other directors and be accountable for 5-8 client teams (with 4-6 managers and 2-4 team leads per team) and over 150 employees in total.

SUMMARY
The Director, Client Services serves as the leader for assigned client accounts, focusing on building strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring alignment between client business objectives and program execution. This individual plays a key role in driving the strategic direction of the client relationship while collaborating with operational teams to deliver exceptional client value and satisfaction. 
 
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Strategic Relationship Management

<li>Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders. </li>
<li>Anticipate evolving client needs and develop innovative solutions that address business challenges. </li>
<li>Prepare and lead strategic client reviews, focusing on business impact and growth opportunities. </li>
<li>Establish yourself as a thought leader and subject matter expert in the client's industry. </li>
<li>Serve as the client advocate within Augeo, representing their interests and priorities. </li>
</ul>
Business Development 
<ul>
<li>Prepare strategic recommendations and proposals for program enhancements. </li>
<li>Facilitate discussions that address client business objectives through strategic solution design and tactical execution. </li>
<li>Collaborate with internal business units to develop innovative client solutions. </li>
</ul>
Program Management 
<ul>
<li>Serve as day-to-day client contact, liaison, advocate, and program owner. </li>
<li>Partner with Project Management to capture requirements and successfully drive meaningful program changes. </li>
<li>Prepare and strategically present Change Orders new Statements of Work for program changes or enhancements. </li>
<li>Manage program scope and quality expectations within each client program as outlined in Service Agreement(s). </li>
<li>Create and maintain strong meeting cadence with internal and client teams including agendas and recaps. </li>
<li>Ensure program invoicing is completed in a timely and accurate manner. </li>
<li>Support financial analysis and budgeting to clients and Augeo management as needed. </li>
<li>Interact collaboratively with Client Services team, Operations, Project Management, Marketing &amp; Digital Services, and other contributing business units. </li>

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE
<ul>
<li>5+ years of client relationship management and strategic leadership experience. </li>
<li>Four-year college degree or higher; MBA preferred. </li>
<li>Previous experience with employee, channel, or customer loyalty programs strongly preferred. </li>
<li>Ability to build and nurture client relationships at multiple organizational levels </li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into strategic program recommendations. </li>
<li>Strong business acumen and financial literacy for value-based client discussions. </li>
<li>Strategic thinking with focus on long-term client partnerships and business growth. </li>
<li>Experience in navigating complex organizational structures and stakeholder management. </li>
<li>Microsoft Suite proficiency to support strategic analysis and client presentations. </li>
<li>Flexibility for position to be remote with preference for Eastern US presence. </li>
