Tasks: • Assist research scientists in design, develop, conduct and/or review experiments (e.g., laboratory or process experiments). • Conduct literature review providing supporting information which can be applied to the study design and data collection. • Assist data scientist to build and maintain a robust library. • Coordinate work efforts of others to ensure integration and completion of work against expectations. • Ensure appropriate and needed resources in support of others are available and accessible so desired outcomes can be achieved. • Position may require the successful applicant to be able to work for multiple hours continuously with production equipment and to be able to occasionally lift and transport up to 30 pounds.

Job Description 
<ul>
<li>Perform various type of testing using chromatographic systems, Karl Fischer (Coulometric and Volumetric), UV/Spec, various wet chemistry analyses, HPLC, IC, IR, ICP, AA, TGP, DSC, PDA, auto-titrators, TLC, and dissolution apparatus</li>
<li>Execute specialized analyses and method transfer and feasibility testing</li>
<li>Document work as required for GMP compliance</li>
<li>Perform tests accurately</li>
<li>Troubleshoot method and instrumentation problems</li>
<li>Use office and instrumentation specific computer software</li>
<li>Produce written reports (e.g., SOP, OMC, client reports)</li>
<li>Develop and execute validation plans</li>
<li>Carry out method transfers and feasibility studies</li>
<li>Train technical staff</li>
<li>Some travel to client sites for technical meetings could be required</li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
The Ideal Candidate would possess:

<li>1-2 years of transferable laboratory experience</li>
<li>Experience using EMPOWER and HPLC in industry</li>
<li>Experience with validation in industry</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications:

<li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemistry or other related degree concentration, or&nbsp;equivalent directly-related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in related major)</li>
