<li>Addresses member and provider inquiries, questions and concerns in all areas, including enrollment, claims, benefit interpretation, coordination of care and referrals/authorizations for medical care related to services covered under the Whole-Child Model program.</li>
<li>Guides members in understanding and accessing the benefits under the Whole-Child Model program.</li>
<li>Maintains documentation of member cases within the FACETS system.</li>
<li>Initiates referrals to internal and external care management departments and government agencies.</li>
<li>Communicates with community-based organizations, health networks, providers and vendors on behalf of members to resolve disputes, helps coordinate access to care and investigates issues preventing members from receiving medical benefits and services. </li>

The Associate Dean will play a crucial role in leadership for the College of Education and Professional Studies (CEPS) in the years ahead. The Associate Dean collaborates with the Dean and CEPS Administrative team on planning and implementing college strategic initiatives. This includes supporting CEPS administrative leaders in equity-focused program assessment and accreditation, culturally responsive curriculum and program development, cultivation of business and community partnerships, and strategic management of course offerings and scheduling for the college. The Associate Dean also has an important role in facilitating the implementation of policies and procedures related to the college and the university. The Role:
The Associate Dean is a leadership partner to the Dean. Primary responsibilities include supervision, coordination and leadership for all curricular issues, general education, and graduate education; implementation of College of Education and Professional Studies (CEPS) courses, programs and strategic priorities; and policy coordination. The Associate Dean also serves on a variety of college and university committees and acts in the Dean's absence.&nbsp;
Job Duties Support for the Dean: -&nbsp;Collaborate with the Dean on planning college strategic initiatives, participate in college fundraising, and coordinate implementation of CEPS strategic priorities. -&nbsp;Provide CEPS administrative leaders support in areas of culturally responsive curriculum development, equity-focused institutional assessment and improvement, human resource management, faculty/staff development and performance evaluations, and budget and finance. -&nbsp;Support the Dean in decision-making, information gathering, report draft preparation, meeting attendance, and follow-through on matters assigned to the chairs and interdisciplinary program directors. -&nbsp;Collaborate with the other Associate Deans. -&nbsp;Collaborate to ensure program quality and effectiveness and to promote student learning, student satisfaction, and student retention in all student populations. -&nbsp;Attend Associate Deans and Academic Affairs meetings. -&nbsp;Act in the Dean’s absence.

Minimum Qualifications Earned doctorate from an accredited institution in a discipline associated with programs represented in the College of Education and Professional Studies. A record of teaching effectiveness, professional leadership, and scholarship sufficient to support tenure in one of the CEPS’s academic departments. Demonstrated successful departmental or college-level administrative, leadership, and budget experience in an institution of higher education. Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of inclusion and equity issues within a residential liberal arts environment Collaborative and forward-thinking leadership style with the ability to cultivate and maintain strategic internal and external partnerships to benefit the success of students, colleagues, and initiatives. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated expertise in analysis, interpretation, and presentation of data. Seeking to hire an experienced Senior Network Engineer for the Western/Central MA Area to join our IT Networking team. This position will be mainly responsible for support and implementation of networking equipment and software, including firewall, switches, routers, and load balancers.
The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for ensuring the proper monitoring, patching, compliance activities, and backups for all network equipment. The incumbent will receive directions from the Network Manager and collaborate with other IT units in the development of current IT plans; and provide technical advice, guidance, and mentoring to other network engineers while delivering innovative solutions and excellent customer service. They will act as the project manager for small to mid-size projects following the IT processes and procedures.
The Senior Network Engineer will provide onsite and remote support on a 24x7 basis to our business customers who have critical response time requirements for their business technology systems. The Senior Network Engineer will work independently and as part of a team to answer service desk calls, urgently analyze technical issues, address escalated issues, work with the project manager on team related projects, and troubleshoot over the phone/onsite/via remote access. The incumbent will also successfully demonstrate the skills required to secure and manage network infrastructures to protect productivity, mitigate threats, and reduce costs.
The primary work location for this role will be at Northampton, MA 01060., primarily in the western half of the state. The work schedule for the position is Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM EST. Work schedule flexibility is required.
Ability to 24/7 on-call rotation, work after-hours or weekends to accommodate operational business needs. This position would be expected to follow a hybrid model of reporting to work that combines in-office workdays and work from home days as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Create and update all documentation as it pertains to the current network architecture and new installations
- Plan, design, and implement future installations of network equipment and capacity planning.

The National US&amp;R Response System consists of 28 task forces located throughout the country. NYCEM sponsors one of these 28 teams: New York Task Force One. The NYC Emergency Management’s (NYCEM) Urban Search and Rescue (US&amp;R) Unit is seeking a Grant/Budget Manager to perform financial and administrative duties in support of the Urban Search &amp; Rescue program and to achieve objectives as outlined in the US Department of Homeland Security’s (USDHS) grant funding requirements. The Grant/Budget Manager will work within the US&amp;R Task Force on the following activities: - Work collaboratively with US&amp;R Task Force leadership and members to administer grant funds in accordance with the specified program and grant guidelines. - Monitor and coordinate all program, administration and fiscal issues related to grants. - Work in partnership with NYCEM Finance Unit to ensure compliance with all City and Federal rules and policies. - Perform budgeting, reporting, accounting tasks in: o NYC Financial Management System (FMS) o FEMAGO (FEMA Grants Outcomes) o Other City/Federal data platforms (i.e. CHRMS) - Support US&amp;R Task Force administratively during trainings, exercises and deployments. - Track purchase status from initial request through delivery and payment. - Prepare reports and other documentation required for grant administration, including but not limited to quarterly fiscal reports and semi-annual program progress reports. - Complete all reimbursement packages in accordance with current policies. - Analyze financial data, spending plans and variance reports to ensure spending is on track. - Attend meetings, conferences and workshops, as applicable. - Coordinate with program consultants, project managers, and other city, state and federal agencies as needed. - Work in partnership with Program Director and Deputy Director with various administrative duties connected to the implementation and support of this grant-funded program. **PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: The selected candidate will be assigned to an on-call Emergency Operations Center (EOC) team and will be expected to work non-business hours during some emergencies. These non-business hours include nights, weekends, holidays, and extended week hours outside of a 9AM-5PM schedule. The selected candidate will also participate in trainings to build skills and competencies in emergency response; will participate in drills and exercises associated with the on-call EOC team; and may volunteer to assist with Ready NY emergency preparedness presentations to external groups. EOC teams are on call for three weeks at a time, with six weeks off in between. Funding – This position is supported with a federal Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) grant. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer support to be eligible for selection. Note that NYCEM does not participate in eVerify, which is required for the reauthorization of some visas. The selected candidate will be required to be in person in the office location three days per week, with exceptions for extenuating circumstances. Qualifications 
1. A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a state's department of education or a recognized accrediting organization and six years of satisfactory full-time professional experience in one or a combination of the following: emergency management, fire, police, or military service, public safety, public health, public administration, urban planning, engineering, or another specialized area to which the appointment is to be made; or 2. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of satisfactory full time professional experience in the areas listed in "1" above; or 3. A master's degree from an accredited college in emergency management, public administration, urban planning, engineering, economics, political science, the physical sciences ,or related field and one year of satisfactory full-time professional experience in the areas listed “1" above, at least two years of which must have been in one of those areas, or another specialized area to which the appointment is to be made. 4. Education and/or experience equivalent to "1", "2", or "3" above. However, all candidates must have a four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent. Special Note: To be eligible for placement in Assignment Level II, individuals must have, after meeting the minimum requirements, one additional year of professional experience as described in ""1"" above.
