Responsibilities: • Process full-cycle accounts payable tasks, including posting invoices and managing payments. • Conduct electronic banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency. • Reconcile accounts payable records and bank accounts to ensure consistency. • Perform light payroll tasks for a staff of approximately 38 employees. • Maintain organized filing systems and handle general administrative duties. • Collaborate with internal teams to address financial discrepancies and ensure compliance. • Utilize accounting software such as NetSuite or QuickBooks to manage financial data. • Support the organization in clearing a backlog and maintaining timely payments.• At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle accounts payable processes. • Basic accounting knowledge with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems. • Proficiency in NetSuite or QuickBooks, with NetSuite experience preferred. • Familiarity with banking tasks, including account reconciliations. • Previous payroll experience is advantageous. • Experience working in a non-profit environment is a plus. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

<li>Review and collect delivery documentation and driver paperwork</li>

Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Lead Clerk:

<li>4-year college degree preferred</li>
<li>1-3 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar finance role</li>
<li>Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook</li>
<li>Ability to manage high volumes of work with accuracy and attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and communication skills</li>
<li>Must pass a background check</li>

Our client is an organization in the Washington County area looking for an Accounting Clerk. Our client is looking for someone who has related banking experience, adaptable and a strong attention to detail.
 
The pay range for this position is $24-27/hr.
 
The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Mange and reconcile bank statements and transactions.</li>
<li>Resolve discrepancies/monitor issues.</li>
<li>Process wire transactions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with AR on invoice payments.</li>
<li>Upload issued voided check files to bank.</li>
<li>Reconcile general ledger and banking accounts.</li>
<li>Mange service tickets related to banking, payments and reconciliations.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
The Accounting Clerk will possess the following:
 
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

<li>Associates degree preferred.</li>
<li>4+ years of experience in banking or financial services preferred.</li>
